I was on the hunt for new dish towels for quite some time before I came across these. I purchased them based on recommendations I found here, and I’m very pleased with the choice. They absorb well, are durable, and launder beautifully. Personally, I like that these towels aren’t oversized or too thick—though I know others find them too lightweight and small, so that’s just a matter of preference. Some reviewers have mentioned that the towels tend to pill, which I have noticed to some extent, but it hasn’t been a bother for me. These dish towels are clearly designed to be utilitarian and not meant to be showpieces in the kitchen (although they are very pretty—I keep a small folded stack right near the range). In my house, the towels get daily use for everything from drying my hands (saves on paper towels) to wiping down counters and drying dishes after hand-washing to doubling as pot holders and even keeping a shine on the stainless steel appliances. I keep about 30 in constant rotation since I like to dedicate one towel per task—once used, it goes straight into the laundry bin. I recently bought another pack of 15 to have on hand, just in case they become hard to find in the future. Overall, these towels are a dependable, practical staple in my kitchen.

These are great tight weave yet very soft towels. Absorbency is superior, too. Using for general kitchen tasks plus I use them in baking to cover rising dough, etc. They wash well without shrinkage. I have even used bleach with no issues.

I'll describe them as functional but not pretty. They shrank from 14x24 to 14x22 the first time I washed them and came out very wrinkled. Those two factors are whey they aren't 5*. I wouldn't give them as a gift, nor would I use them in any sort of craft like sublimation or embroidery because they are just not that quality. But for what I want they are very good. Now that they have been washed they are absorbant and wipe things dry easily, exactly what I'd expect from 100% cotton dishtowels. If you care what your dishtowels look like as they hang on the oven door, again you probably wouldn't like them - unless you are willing to iron your dishtowels! But use dishtowels instead of paper towels and go through several a day. These absorb and clean well and are easy to wash, so they suit the sort of hard use I put them through. If you want a 15-pack of dishtowels for a reasonable price, these are a good value. Pass if you want something that's also pretty.

These classic, hand-woven tea towels from India are made as they have been for hundreds, if not thousands of years! The natural, unbleached cotton fabric, with 3 decorative red stripes running lengthwise, is very absorbent, and the alternating-band-twill weave makes them tough and durable. They should last for many years to come. I love them!

Wrinkled straight out of dryer. While they dry quickly, they are not as absorbent as similar towels I have purchased in the past and become waterlogged quickly. The price was reasonable in May 2025, at 15 towels for $24.99. I see the price has increased by 40% to $34.99 in January 2026. I like the simple design--not sure if I will purchase again at this price.

Not as thick as I'd like, also smaller than I expected too

Very happy. I wont probably need to order more again. I haven't washed them yet. I like that they are thin and cotton. I am not a fan of the waffle type of tea clothes.

Too thin. Not what I was looking for. I want a kitchen dish cloth that absorbs moisture and dries cutlery properly.

Good material, great price. Well worth the money. Would buy again.
