A-Premium Hydraulic Power Steering Rack and Pinion, with Inner Tie Rods

I got this for about a hundred bucks as a warehouse used deal. Considering the amount of labor involved, I was a little apprehensive installing a $100 steering rack. But I was trying to keep it cheap since the car is a 20 year old Lexus and pushing 200k miles, so why not. I installed it about a month ago and it has been fine. It wasn't actually "used", just apparently shipped out once and returned. The box was beat up but the part was brand new. Nothing about the part seemed cheap, and it fit perfectly. It works as expected and hasn't leaked a drop. I have used several A-Premium parts lately and they have all been good. I usually give four stars to products that perform as expected, but the price made this an exceptional deal and gets five stars. Be smart: Replace the o-rings on your hydraulic lines before screwing them into your new rack. Be sure you have the EXACT RIGHT SIZE o-rings. This is not a time for close enough. The o-rings on this car are not a common size and had to come from the dealer. Sure you can jam one on there that looks close, but only if you like leaks.

The part fits perfectly for my 2005 Lexus Rx 330. I only have 100,000 miles on my car so I’ll happily fix what I need to. I can tell the difference when driving it. The part did what it’s supposed to do. Smoother ride.

Don’t buy not worth it is Wey better if you get it on autozone It only has 1 year of warranty and after a year and half is making a bunch of noise not worth it

Took the part to my mechanic and saved lots of money. The mechanic just charged me labor.

Good replacement rack and pinion. Install it using my existing tie rod ends. Works good so far.

This item was defective, after only a week. I was unable to get a refund due to expired return policy, however. The manufacturer had a refund policy, which they can't be reached. Multiple times I contacted Amazon, as by protocols, they are able to refund me due to not able to communicate with manufacturer. Amazon has not been helpful and when calling they jump me from various representatives and get several hang ups. Bad item do not buy
