I had to pick up some of these for mountain my camera and H2N Zoom (not at the same time) on a shock mount on my stand since the original screw went missing. These would be better if they also had the rubber shock ring directly on them like my original (I am still looking for what the separate version is called to get one). They are acceptable for the purpose so far. Thank you.

The cold shoe is quite hard to fit so that it is straight and secure. it is achievable but it took me a good 15 minutes of fiddling before I felt it was secure enough to mount a flash gun on it. This said it is dirt cheap so you cannot really complain and now it it setup its fine and works well.
