This vinegar gave me throat sensitivity . I am having expensive treatments since 6 months because of this. I tried taking this 1 spoon with half glass of water. And in only 3 days my tonsils swelled like sponge. Got severe allergy with it. Don’t use it if your throat got itching after drinking it. It’s a signal not to use it.
