My daughter raved about this stuff. She said that it helps with her joints and muscles, especially since she works out every day. She ran out of it for about 10 days and she said you can really feel the difference. She also said it helps with her perimenopause symptoms, not as many hot flashes. She said she also sees a big difference in her hair and small difference in her skin and nails. She said it takes aout 2 weeks to really start feeling it. So, I gave it a try and ordered it. I have MS and spinal issues. I haven't had it for the 2 weeks yet, so can only tell you about the taste and how well it dissolves. Do not put it in cold liquids, it tends to make a disgusting tasting gloppy mess. She puts her's in her coffee, so I tried that. It mixes well in coffee. It totally dissolves and with my splenda and coffee creamer, it only has a light taste that you get used to pretty quickly. Note: I did try it for about 10 days earlier when my allergies were bad and it made them worse. It doesn't have any drug interactions, but did say it can raise histamine levels. So I went off of it until my allergies were under better control. I'm on 3 different allergies meds every day, with occasional Benadryl added to the mix so I could be an anomaly. My daughter has had no problems on it. So now I'm trying it again and will let you know.

Flavorless so mixing it in with cold or hot drink does not change the taste. Recommend letting it sit for 10 to 15 minutes to completely dissolve. I was able to start seeing changes in the second week of use.

I have been taking this on an empty stomach daily for a month and my skin, hair and nails have improved like never before. This is a fantastic product nourishing my body with visible effects after approximately 3 weeks. If you have sensitive tin skin and thinning hair I highly recommend this collagen. Just remember consistency of taking it every day is a key to silky skin and strong hair. Dissolves in any drink preferably not super cold one.

I tried their other product in the purple bag, I didn’t feel much of a difference. This blue bag version is more money, but I do notice my nails are better. Dissolves quickly and easily in my coffee. Do not really notice any taste difference and I drink my coffee black with a splash of cream, no sugar. My only complaint is the Ziploc top gets the powder stuck in the tracks and is not always easy to close.

Worth the price! This is the ONLY collagen supplement I’ve found that doesn’t alter the flavor or consistency of drinks. The company seems to be more transparent about their sources and processes too so that’s also a huge plus.

I started using this collagen with my morning coffee about 3 months ago. I have struggled with splitting fingernails where they split down the middle for a few years. Since using, my nails have gotten harder and the nail splitting has almost disappeared. I just placed my second order. If you’re concerned about the flavor, it does dilute the flavor of my dark roast coffee a tad but it’s nothing to complain about given the positive results.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I would recommend this stuff. It’s too soon to know if it’s helping nails or hair grow faster, but the appearance of my skin definitely improved pretty quickly. I’m no longer wearing foundation for the first time in decades as I have more of a glow without it now. I haven’t noticed a taste with it. I mix it in hot or cold beverages and the only thing I’ve noticed is it takes more efforts to stir out the clumps in cold, but it’s fine.

It’s too soon to say if I am seeing any benefit since I was already using a different brand before this. It is tasteless and dissolves well in coffee. I have problems getting the zipper closed after each use. For the price, I would think the packaging would be better. Based on this and the higher price I probably won’t buy again.
