I love this large capacity strainer. It fits in my sink, which is a farmhouse sink made out of aluminum, but it’s long enough to reach both ends of the sink. I love the fact that I can rinse fruit and vegetables and also excellent for pasta.

I’m extremely happy with the U.S. Kitchen Supply Stainless Steel Colander! The quality is excellent — sturdy, durable, and clearly made to last. The stainless steel feels heavy-duty without being too heavy to handle, and the handles are comfortable and secure. It drains pasta, fruits, and vegetables quickly and efficiently without anything slipping through the holes. I also love that it’s easy to clean and doesn’t retain odors or stains like plastic colanders can. This has quickly become one of my most-used kitchen tools. Great quality for the price and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

I bought this to help me drain the 2 lb. batches of pasta I cook for a shelter out of my home. The adjustable handles and rectangular shape of the basket make it easy to use in my sink. I also use it to wash the starch off of rice & farro before cooking. There is a metal frame that attaches to the screen which the rice & farro occasionally get stuck behind but a simple tap while inverting it loosens and releases them during cleaning, not a big problem. I recommend this product and the seller, it arrived on time, well packaged and undamaged.

This item works great. It strains the food very well. I love the size and that it is adjustable. I don’t have to worry about it tipping over when I pour food into it. The strainer is a fine mesh, so it catches everything. The downside is since the mesh is very fine the smaller pieces get stuck in the holes making it hard to clean. You have to use a scrub brush or a toothbrush to clean it sometimes.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! I have a double sink and it fits PERFECTLY over one of the sinks and is very sturdy. I have mobility issues and it is very difficult to drain spaghetti, etc. and have had so many "accidents" before finding this strainer. It is sturdy, does not slip around and is large enough to cover the sink area so no more food is wasted falling out of the strainer. I throw it in the dishwasher and it comes out clean and so easy to use. My only regret is not finding this years ago. Have already recommended this to friends and family and will definitely buy more as needed for myself or gift giving.

I love being able to wash my fruit and veg and let it drain while I'm cooking or doing other things in the kitchen. It's very sturdy so it won't fall into the sink.
