Ours did not glow
I bought this as class valentine gifts and kept a couple for my own kids to do. None of them glowed which is disappointing. Other than that, it's a fun little project to do!Edit- user errorIt does glow if you out it under light for a while. I guess I missed that part in the instructions

Good kid overall
I used this at a birthday party as a craft, and each child got to have a few jar designs. That worked out well, because the first jar you do is a bit of an experiment, and then it seems to go better the second and third time you do it. I deducted a star because one of the styles doesn’t stand as well (it tends to tip over), but they came out pretty and the kids had fun.
