Outside Cabling!
We have to run MILES of Cabling here on the ranch.. We use this cabling not only for Cat-5e Connections, and remote Repeaters on our Ranch, but I have even used this cable to run Streaming Security Video Camera Signals back a Quarter of a Mile from our Automatic Gates to the DVR Systems here in the house.. not so much as a flicker, and even the Hot SC sun didn't damage it.. at some point, it "Buried itself"... which was an unexpected benefit! ;) UPDATE: 19 May 2016... We had a failure with two cameras mounted HIGH on the Cupola on top of the house (Exposed to the weather). I climbed up there on the outside of the house multiple times trying to find bad connections (Other Cameras wouldn't work on those lines either). I checked everything inside the house where the BNC connectors connected to the DVR... Nothing. I decided to replace those runs of cable while adding "Screw Tightening Video Baluns" ("VIMVIP® 6 PAIRS (12 Pcs) Mini CCTV BNC Video Balun Transceiver Cable") and "Screw Tightening Power Connectors" ("Maxmoral 12 Pair (12 x Male + 12 x Female) DC Power Jack 5.5mm x 2.1mm CCTV Power Jack Adapter") (BOTH of which are AWESOME products themselves! Buy LOTS of them, they are cheap!) But when I cut open the Heat Shrink Tubing Behind the Security System's DVR inside the house, Nasty water POURED out from the INSIDE of the cable, and I found that the Wire Pairs were ALL corroded and broken! Water had infiltrated into the inside of the Cat-5's Outer Sheath (despite the Heat-Shrink Tubing at the soldered wiring at the Cameras on top of the house) and Siphoned down inside the Sheath about 100 feet and right up through the flooring and to the back of the DVR! This IS NOT A FAULT WITH THE CABLING! I "Thought" I had sealed the connections outside to be water-tight, but obviously I had not. Since the Wiring starts HIGH on the house, the water was able to go down the inside of the cabling to the basement, and then all the way back UP through the floor of our security center, and on up to the DVR which sits high on a Wall Shelf. I now use a "Sealing Gel" on ALL outside connections, which stopped the Cabling's WELL SEALED Outer Sheath from acting as a Siphon hose :) STILL an EXCELLENT product, and with the Video Baluns (Mentioned above), I can now run 4 cameras per Cat-5 Cable (With a separate Heavy Power Cable for 12VDC), up to a half mile with PERFECT High-Def Clarity!

Seems like decent cable
I just got around yesterday (1/27/23) to finally run the line, It spooled out easy for the 200 foot run I needed to get internet inside my wife's and I hangout. I haven't had the chance to put the connectors I also bought with a crimp tool to try the run out but I am about to go do it. Will give an update when I get the chance to test it out. edit. I have had the internet working great in my wife's and I hangout. No issues at all so far two weeks in.

Buriable Cat5e Cable
Needed to extend our home network between buildings. Had been using outdoor antenna's but was losing signal strength and quality due to the distance between antenna's. Obviously, wire was the answer to improving the signal. I bought this product based on it's price. Aluminum conductors allow a price advantage over copper. I have buried about 200 feet at a depth of 5-6 inches. No problems occurred with the termination of RJ45 connectors onto the aluminum conductors. Time will tell regarding just how well the cable sheathing holds up underground but so far so good. I see no reason at this time to not recommend this product.

Quality cable
Used to run service to a workout room just outside wifi range. Great quality and seems as durable as any cable I've seen. It has been installed a few months now with no issues.

Nice wire for running outside
Ordered this wire because I needed to run a line from my house to shed in the rear of my property to support network cameras. This wire came and I was able to install it with ease. I was quite shocked at how thick of insulation it has. It almost looks like a cable wire. It has an outer jacket which feels very durable and will be able to withstand the elements. The wire length ran was 200 feet based on the markings on the cable. The first black layer of insulation can easily be removed using a coax stripper. I was able to terminate jacks on the ends without issue. Now I did NOT bury my wire because it was such a long run. I figured I can always just re run it if needed. It's stapled to my fence and hidden out of sight and sunlight. I would not say I was rough with installing it however I also was not gentle either. After I terminated the lines I checked my connection using my laptop. I was able to get 1Gbps out of that 200 foot run! Now I am not using this line for POE, since its CCA I just needed to get a data line out, the sheds already have power.

Used this to run a cable from our router at the front of the house, around the house and into a detached garage... quite a long run and silly me didn't test the cable before running it however there were no issues, it seems durable and should last well outside. a bit stiffer than non-shielded cable but has to be expected. overall great value and does the job well. we have fibre to the property and the speeds on this run are as good as being plugged in next to the router!

I ran 2 lines, both underground, from my house to my garage. Bought a new wifi repeater and set it up, have blazing fast internet now for looking up car parts! I was told by a friend to get the "direct burial" line because it's made with a thicker casing. This stuff is super durable and well worth the money, I even have extra left over so if I ever need to run more underground, I know what I'll be using!
