First cut gloves that live up to the hype.
I've been buying various different cut resistant gloves gradually over the past three years. It's more a hobby than a requirement for my profession since I am a machinist. So I've tried several gloves. Established brands, Chinese fly by night companies, cheap, expensive, All the cool military and NASA type high tech materials like aramid, kevlar, etc. I'm pretty well educated in stupid gloves. These are leather goats skin I think shell with a sewn in liner to reinforce the natural cut resistance of animal hide. In my experience, most cut resistant gloves that offer a high level resistance or a large mass rating are typically a knit type of stretchy glove, maybe dipped in nitrile or something. The other materials are usually lower rated and much less robust than the protection offered by the knit style because of how well they're able to blend in the special materials with the glove itself I guess. It's a much more effective strategy compared with gluing or stitching a liner into a regular glove. These are different. These gloves are really in a league of their own in regards to the other big brands like Youngstown or ironclad. Really any I've tried. Nothing really ever defeated the knit gloves except for being so filthy that you get new ones honestly, but these are like a fortress on your hands. Nothing has even visible penetrated all the leather yet and I've been abusing these gloves for over two months. I feel like these mothers will hold water if I fill them up. I was not expecting this. I tore any other glove to shreds in three weeks max aside from the godlike filthy knit ones. This isn't even one of their high level gloves, but trust me. Cut level 7 in this glove is not represented on the scale that others gloves use. Like 13 or something at least. Btw, this model was less than 25 dollars for the chrome series 4066. I'm impressed and super excited to try what I consider to be their flagship cut gloves in the 4023 style that is made from their proprietary fabric and claims it's two levels stronger than this type. Pretty costly though at 60 dollars a pair, so hopefully Hexarmor are as consistent as they are honest. Wouldn't buy anything but these for cut resistance and general durability but they're not heat resistant. They offer those and I will know eventually, but these were my first product from Hexarmor. I'm a little suspicious about most cut resistant gloves that aren't knit historically, but these gloves outshine even those because they don't soak up oil and get stretched out. Best cut gloves imo, head and shoulders above everything else I've tried excluding the lack of any heat resistance. Hexarmor are the only people selling cut gloves that aren't lying to you or fleecing you or both. Trust me.

Quality gloves, good thermal protection, slightly constricting
Good quality leather, fits well on large hands, slightly constrictive when holding large objects, thermal protection is good for about 120sec then heat seeps through but still tolerable. Will get additional pairs for the shop

Tough for sure
Really durable. Like world class. Pretty average in every other way but they should outlast anything short of a pair of bison skin Bear Knuckles.

Well made gloves!
Well made and comfortable. I can’t speak to the effectiveness since I haven’t tried to cut myself yet….

Very comfortable and durable
These gloves have been through the wringer with me. I’ve worked in mine for almost a year in water and sewer line repairs. They are soft and comfortable out of the box but are some how very protective and durable.these allow for good dexterity if you are already accustomed to wearing gloves. They even remain flexible after being soaked in water multiple times and exposed to high heat several times.

not water proof
okay first and foremost I drive otr truck. alright as a truck driver you have gloves for everything, fueling, pre/post trips inspections, and general work. now I am pulling a flatbed trailer ( for a month now ) in that time i have gone through three pairs of gloves since i started. while looking for new pair I ran across these, they looked kind of not going to last look but read the description, showed them to the wife and agreed to give them a try. well two have gone by and WOW these things are pretty good. been soaked through twice, have handled chains and binders, fishing strap hooks through slots. so ordered two more pairs. got home yesterday and noticed a small cut in one of the fingers, not bad but still happened ( probably from the sheet metal that was on the load ) all in glad I got these. p.S. i wish these things where water proof then wouldn't need to have cold wet hands for two days while they dried out.
