Perfect
I purchased this to hang a heavy bag. It was extremely easy to install. It is definitely strong enough to hold our heavy bag which is about 150 pounds. Definitely worth the purchase. I highly recommend this!

Great customer service and fantastic product
I ordered the product and it looked rock solid. I tried setting it up for a 6 5/8th beam and the bolt was too short. I was very disappointed and submitted feedback to promounting.com. Within 2 minutes I received a call from Roy. Yeah no kidding. Turns out I just read the description and did not use the drop down to select the correct I beam size so totally my mistake. Ray just said no problem and said a new bolt would be on its way the next day. Not only is the product great but the customer service is simply amazing. Robert

Rugged with easy install
Product installed fairly easy and seems very sturdy. Make sure you measure width of beam BEFORE ordering so you get a good fit.

The rolling mount is excellent as a space saver and durable. Glides easily with little effort. Very easy to assemble.

A must have for the ultimate flexibility in small spaces!
I have a small basement gym and because of this system I am able to have two heavy bags that I can push out of the way when not in use freeing up all of my gym space for other workouts. Just had several more serious boxers over to check out my new system and they were absolutely blown away by the flexibility this allows. Rave reviews and thumbs up.
