Does it come with the mother board etc?

It came as is in the picture with 2 buttons that you can program. I have both buttons programmed to different gates. Hopefully this clears up you doubt.

How do you program it?

If you google’ how to program BFT remote’ it will guide you. It is a simple process that can be done in about a minute without any tools. You will need to have one of the remotes that is working.
