I haven't tried this with my PC yet, but I was able to connect it to my monitor, connect it to existing wifi, and cast my phone screen to it without much hassle at all! Ill update if my PC has any issues, but for the price its a great device to add the ability to screen-cast to any 'dumb' monitor or TV with hdmi.

This item is completely useless. The app that the instructions tell you to download is out of date and unavailable on the Google Play store. Trying to use the on screen prompts ends in a dead end because no screen cast apps recognize this device. It is a dead device.

Works great make sure you have the wifi on to connect, don't actually need wifi. Easy to use.

Difficult to set up still wouldn't mirror you tube Netflix hulu etc..
