Quality is very poor. Item stopped working after 1 day.

Bit of a loud sound. I had another brand with lower sound. The remote control was different than the picture. I returned it If, but if you are ok with the sound go ahead and order it, if you felt its loud, return it.

I've got three different vibration-based massagers now: a mains-powered stick (Philotoys AC Wand), a usb-rechargeable battery-powered unit (ENOWPO Handheld) and this mains-powered belt. I think the two main factors from a vibration-based massager perspective are vibration speed and vibration depth. On a relative scale, my mains-powered stick has medium speed and medium depth; my battery-powered unit has the highest speed and the lowest depth; this mains-powered belt has the lowest speed and the highest depth. I've been using this vibration-based massage belt for a couple of months and I think it's great value at around twenty quid. I don't know whether it helps with weight loss but it definitely helps with muscle soreness for any area between my knees and my shoulders. I love using it on the area around my hips and upper glutes. It has 4 modes with the basic manual mode just vibrating at constant speed (strong or weak) and the other modes having different patterns of speeds. There are 5 buttons on the wired remote control: cycle thru timer (5, 8, 10, 12 minutes), on/off, cycle thru modes (labelled "function"), strong and weak (for the basic manual mode). It has a very loud beep every time a button is pressed. The belt I received doesn't have any heating/warming function that I can find. Build-quality is a bit below average in my opinion with the textile materials feeling quite low quality, but while it continues to work it's great. As others have mentioned, the power cable isn't that long so an extension cable will be required. Despite this, I would definitely buy it again (unless I find something even better in the meantime of course).
