Elasto-Gel CC102 Southwest Technologies Cervical Collar Wrap

I have issues with disks in my neck. When they start acting up I have found that the cervical ice packs really help reduce the inflammation. I have purchased 3 of these so that I can rotate through them and keep the cold at its best. I tried a number of other manufactures, and while they were cheaper, they were substantially less comfortable. Cold rigid plastic is not what you want to deal with. The Elasto products stay soft and conform to the area perfectly. The straps are very functional and work well. Worth the money.

I have a collection of Elastogel products. I love that they stay soft and flexible even when frozen. And they last! I just looked up the purchase date of the neck wrap I am retiring. It's 3 1/2 years old! After regular use, the cold pack gets less cold than it used to, but is still effective. I am mostly replacing it because the case and it's Velcro are warm out.

This heating pad works very well. It's soft on your skin and conforms to your neck, leg, shoulder, or where ever you are going to put it. I had shoulder surgery which requires 6 months of rehab. I have been using these pads for the last 3 plus months, every day. We have two, one for hot, and one in the freeze for cold applications. The cold application stays pliable even when left in the freeze for long periods. I suggest you put the pad in a freezer bag to keep it clean and dry while in the freezer. A note about heating the pad in the microwave (never place the pad in the oven). When the pad has not been used for awhile, set your timer for 1:30 seconds. If that is not warm enough, do 15 seconds at a time till warm. Don't over heat the pad! If the pad starts to expand, stop the microwave immediately. Over heating will ruin the pad, and make it too hot to use. Both stay cold, or hot for long periods. I would highly recommend this product.

This is s great ice psc I had one from over 25 years ago just like it from a physical therapist and had passed it along to my daughter who has migraines and she uses it to this day routinely. She says they hold the cold longer than any that she has from anywhere else . The fact you can pucture a hole in it and it will not leak out any type of liquid or gel is a real game changer for an ice pack and you know I have had one that's used regularly for over 25 years and it still works as well as it did the day I got it it makes the price doable for me .

I have one of these (same company) I bought a few years ago. I use it nearly every night for my cervical neck pain . The elastic on the old one failed quite some time ago, so I decided to spring for a new one. I was happy to find they still exist, however, this is not as good as the first one. 1. The fabric catches and pulls from touching the velcro . No matter how careful you use it, the velcro catches it. 2. The tab to attach the strap is not long enough. I have a relatively small neck, but it feel like it is choking me. The pad is slightly bigger than my old one, and thicker. But, despite this, I find it does not heat as efficiently or stay warm as long. The pad is heavier, which for me, is not helpful. I hope the manufacturer returns to a better fabric and longer tab.

I really needed help with some issues I had with my neck and shoulder and my physician advised me to get this brand and type cervical warming wrap. I had not had much help with heating pads and such. However this was so easy to use and worked so well I was extremely happy. Thank you sooo much

I absolutely love my Elasto-Get Cervical collar! I have fibromyalgia and chronic neck pain, so I have tried several different hot/cold therapy packs for the cervical area and this one is by far my favorite! It has a strap with velcro that can stick anywhere on the lycra cover of the collar, which is so helpful because I can adjust the therapy collar to fit my neck perfectly. It is nice to not have to worry about whether or not the size of the collar will fit. The cervical collar stays in place very well. It feels very secure and the fact that I can use my cervical collar when I am up and moving around the house is awesome. I can ease my neck pain while I am also getting things done! I have tried my collar as both a hot and cold therapy collar. Both felt amazing, but the cold therapy is my favorite! The coolness of the gel is so soothing, the cold never feels too intense or uncomfortable like many ice packs do. I have had my cervical collar for 3 years now and I still love it! I keep it in a ziplock bag in the freezer and use it several times a week. I have had no issues with it and it still is in good condition, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who suffers from neck pain!
