This is the only supplement I've come across that combines the right substances for severe fatigue type symptoms . Dr Rachel Myhill recommends these ingredients and she is a specialist M.E doc in Scotland. At this price it's really great value and far more cost effective than buying them all separately. I've not had them for the past few months due to lack of funds and I've really really missed them, it's not a cure and it doesn't stop all fatigue but with persistence, pacing and taking care they can really enhance life and take the edge off that crippling fatigue where you can't stand up.
