So glad I finally bought a bench supply. And checked on videos online to see which one is best at this price range. It does so much more than the cheapest ones. If you set the current limit, and it is reached it tells you it is in current limit mode and then the voltage drains down. You can also set it to shut off with Over Current Protection, where an alarm will sound and it will cut power. I found the leads more than adequate with the alligator clips and spade terminals, which I prefer to the banana clips. Readout is nice and clear with a fairly good update rate so you can see changes happen quickly. You can even adjust the baud rate in the options to make it quicker and lower the screen brightness. USB port also came in handy, although you cannot read the current draw for this, and the manual doesn't mention what it's limit is. I powered an Arduino and charged a phone off it, so it was fit for purpose. Adjusting everything is easy with pushing the knobs to change which digit you want to adjust to do fine or rough adjustment from 1 / 0.1 / 0.01 etc. It would be nice if it remembered which digit you were last on though, as it keeps defaulting to fine adjustment and takes a bit of remembering to push it first before turning it. Only thing is the beeps are a bit annoying, which wasn't a problem at first, because the manual lets you turn it off by going into settings if you hold down the output button for 5 seconds. However, it doesn't remember what you set each time you turn it off so have to do it all again every time. This is silly because it remembers all your other settings, even when you unplug. I might just open it up and cover the buzzer with a piece of tape to make it less noisy.

Nice power supply. Accuracy is pretty good too. USB is handy to keep my phone topped up (although seems a bit slow?) Absolutely ghastly crocodile clips on the leads, huge (how many amps do they think they are gonna deliver?), plus the jaws misalign on first use. I cut them off and put more sensible ones on at first use. Other than that it seems good. Good price, could have got it a bit cheaper direct from China, but no guarantee the local delivery company will actually deliver it.

Electronic instruments seem to now be available of 10's of £ vs the 1,000's I was used to whilst working. The build quality and specified accuracy is of course also nothing like a professional instrument - but value for money - just incredible. Now without access to standards lab reference volt meters, I'm not quite sure which is the unit-under-test in my PSU vs 2 multiments "comparison". But I was rather impressed !

Good size fits well on the bench. Adjustment is ok once you get the hang of it. Supply is noisy though. Crock clips are rubbish as they are slippery silicon type covers over the crock clips so you spend more time trying to squeeze them and them squirming before you can attach. The connection on the front is Y clip only, Banana style plugs look like the would fit but they do not. Worth the money? Probably. I have no need now to replace it, I will just live with the quirks.

Mi serviva un alimentatore duale con cui poter simulare due lipo 3S collegate in serie, un discreto alimetatore duale costicchia parecchio e a conti fatti ho preferito prenderne due uguali ed usarli in serie, devo dire che la comodità di regolare la tensione con un encoder ottico è spettacolare, può essere variata decidendo se agire sui volt, i decimi di volt o per variazioni davvero piccole anche sui centesimi di volt rispetto ad altri alimentatori che ho con il classico potenziometro qua la regolazione è fluida senza inceppamenti o salti dovuti all'usura del potenziometro, inoltre come alimentatore presumo sia anche ben tarato visto che entrambi settata la stessa tensione danno anche gli stessi valori di assorbimento. Il tutto lavora sui 24v che a loro volta vengono ridotte con i tipici stepdw e alimentano un arduino mega e parecchi motori in dc di diversi voltaggi, senza nessun problema o reset di arduino. Non posso esprimermi in merito alla pulizia della tensione o ripple residuo ma almeno per le mie prove da hobbista sono molto soddisfatto.

Ottimo prodotto, molto stabili tensioni e correnti uscita, perfetta la commutazione fra ci e cc. Ventilatore abbastanza silenzioso. Molto comodo l,interruttore di uscita, che permette di predisporre tensione e corrente prima di applicare il carico

Fonctionne parfaitement. Précision excellente, erreur inférieure à 10mV, ce qui, compte tenu du prix est réellement excellent. Les réglages sont très faciles à utiliser et sont mémorisés. Les paramètres sont également mémorisés si on respecte bien le mode d'emploi. Le mode courant constant est bien pratique, par exemple pour mesurer la tension directe d'une diode ou d'une LED en fonction du courant direct Le réglage est suffisamment précis et fin pour des courants de l'ordre d'une dizaine de mA. En dessous, le réglage devient très fantaisiste, mais si l'on tient compte que l'alimentation peut délivrer 5A, cela représente 0,2% de la pleine charge, ce qui est très bien. L'écran est très lisible et la sélection des digits en pressant le bouton est super pratique. Elle mériterait 6 étoiles si on pouvait en mettre 6 ... :):):):)

Perfettamente rispondente alle caratteristiche descritte. Preciso ed affidabile per il lavoro da laboratorio. Grande display luminoso e di facile lettura. Controlli molto precisi. Ottimo rapporto prezzo/prestazioni. Ricevuto puntualmente con imballo di protezione. Assolutamente consigliato.

La fuente es más ligera y pequeña de lo que esperaba y el acabado es bueno aunque el plástico del frontal no parece demasiado grueso ni sólido. Dicho esto el funcionamiento es muy bueno y el ajuste sencillo y fiable, el sistema de aviso ante cortocircuitos funciona bien y el diseño es bonito y recogido. El display se ve muy bien, y es claro y preciso. El problema es que, aunque se anuncia como de 150W el amperaje está limitado a 5A en cualquier tensión, con lo que yo, que la iba a usar principalmente a 12V, solo consigo una potencia de 60W, muy lejos de los 150W anunciados. Los 150W se logran únicamente a 30V. Por otra parte alimentando una bombilla de 55W a 12V, casi al límite de su potencia (4,5A de 5A), tanto la tensión como la corriente se mantienen estables sin problemas. La prueba de carga duró media hora sin variaciones de tensión o corriente ni aumento de temperatura A lo largo de este tiempo el ventilador solo se activó de manera puntual unos segundos, con lo que doy por hecho que todo está correctamente dimensionado y no dará problemas de calentamiento. La fuente me gusta pero la he devuelto para cambiarla por la versión de 300W.
