Is there as difference between the PM and the regular pills

Yes, there is a difference in the list of ingredients. My husband has used both, and Leg Cramps pills are specifically for leg cramps. There are extra ingredients in the Leg Cramps PM pills that also help you sleep better and help some with restless legs.  Sometimes these pills (both products) work for him and sometimes they do not.  There is another product  Cramp 911, that is not a pill, but a roll-on. You roll it on as you would a roll on deodorant. It is much more expensive, but is also much more effective. At least it is in my husband's experience. It comes in a couple sizes and is available on Amazon.com. The large one is 21ML and the small one is 4.5 ML. This roll on gives almost instant relief.  I used it on one occasion and the cramp disappeared in less than 10 seconds.  As I said, it is pricey, but If you have suffered with a severe cramp, the price of total relief is not important at that moment.Another product he uses with even better results is

Is the hylands leg cramp pm version really better than the regular h. leg cramp homeo?  my problem isn't leg cramps, but muscle tightness of diff type

The PM formula temporarily relieves the symptoms of pain and cramps in lower body, legs, feet and toes with accompanying sleeplessness and disrupted sleep. It contains homeopathic products for sleeplessness where the original formula does not. It has also added Cuprum Metallicum 12X HPUS for cramps of limbs, charley horse cramps, Chamomilla 6X HPUS for leg cramps and pain at night and Calcarea Carbonica 12X HPUS for cramps in legs, calves, feet and toes.
