Durable and exactly as pictured
Order was quickly shipped and delivered. The description was accurate. They look fabulous, easy to clean, and are durable.

Great place mats, packaging was DIRTY
Product is fine, but product packaging was covered in white filmy dirt, and since the package is open in front, required a thorough wipe down and cleaning. After cleaning, products were fine. High quality, exactly as described. I expect better than product dirty in shipping, storage or packaging for delivery. Check you inventory in warehouse this shipped from. Do better Amazon.

Great price (once they were reduced). I love the color (emerald green).

Beautiful design, but...
I love the design of these, and the cork backing, but I was hoping they would be of higher quality than they are. The issue is the laquer finish layer. It's already chipped in some places. It also gets watermarks really easily that cannot be scrubbed away. By way of minor aesthetic critique, there appears to be a white paint layer below the green, which shows on the edges where board was cut away (you can see the edge I'm talking about in the photo - it looks like a reflection, but it's the white paint). If I were the manufacturer, I'd maybe ditch the laquer finish and try some plastic laminant?
