This is the only iron I take!! I’ve struggled with anemia since I was 13 and never could commit to iron supplements because they always hurt my stomach or made me nauseous. I stopped taking iron altogether for years (don’t tell my Dr., this is a safe space!!) until my mom recommended this chewable supplement to me. I was skeptical but also if a chocolate a day keeps the anemia away, I’m in. But you guys, seriously - it tastes amazing, like a chocolate raspberry flavor but the consistency is very similar to a veryyyy chewy taffy. It’s sweet, will get between your teeth, but ultimately it’s my favorite way to get my iron in. These are fairly high doses, so if you also struggle with nausea/upset stomach, what helped me acclimate to these were taking it every day for 3 days, skipping a day, then repeating again. Then I would push it to 4 days with one break day, and so on. 10/10 recommend.

REALLY ACTUALLY TASTE DELICIOUS. These taste like a chocolate raspberry candy. They are a chewy hard-ish consistency like hard taffy. They DO NOT leave a weird sugar free after taste and I don’t get vitamin taste reflux/burps after eating these. I am an ACTUAL person who has been eating these IRON chewables ever since my bariatric surgery in 2020 (6 years). Every other bariatric labeled product (jello, vitamins, drinks, protein bars to name a few) I’ve tried have been terrible or not worth buying a 2nd time UNLIKE these iron supplements. They are so much like a chocolate raspberry candy treat that I use them as my desert at the end of the day when the sweet cravings are strongest.

Every single other iron supplement has upset my stomach, but this one I can take even on an empty stomach and be totally fine. The taste is good for an iron supplement. It’s far from a chocolate treat and has a slightly weird aftertaste, but given that a lot of supplements are hard to get down I’d say it’s pretty good!

3rd order. My labs levels have came to normal. Will continue to take these. They are also very yummy.

I started taking these prior to gastric sleeve surgery, and actually take 1/2 of one each day (I was concerned about the affect on my bowel habits!). One half each day has been enough to keep my iron levels steady. These taste delicious and are like a literal treat. I enjoy them. They are easy to transport when I am traveling (I keep them in a travel case). Don't let them get too hot (loose in a purse, for example) or they will melt.

I had weight loss surgery and am therefore required to take these. I love all of the Bariatric Advantage vitamins because they have exactly what we need. I even suggested them to my mother-in-law (a non-bariatric person) because she was looking for a chewable iron and she loves them also. The taste is ok but that is to be expected with vitamins.

So the iron kiwi bites are definitely something to consider, especially if you're having trouble taking pills. The taste is somewhat fruity. Kind of tastes like a Tootsie roll as well. I cut mine into fours to get them down. Definitely worth the try
