I have been a diabetic for 30 years
I have now taken Altai for the last 4 months. I continue on my medication as prescribed by my Diabetic Doctor. As a supliment it does seem to lower my HBA1C but does in no way help to get rid if presripsion medication. I am on the 4th month. If it does not improve in the 6 months I will look for something else.
