Protein is good. Taste is very good, if you drink it with milk, it feels like milk shake. The only little issue is that it is little extra sweet than expected.

Just love this flavour. If you are also malai kulfi freak or you love Ras malai than this is the best protien for you. flavour is amazing also the digestion of this protien is fast so no bloating or gas problems you will face. Must give a try :)
