No they do not have lines on top. They have the adidas logo on top. They have white lines on the footed area of these socks.

How do I know what size to order. My son is 7 wears a size 1shoe

I ordered small. Kids age range from 7-9. They are still wearing them now. Kid shoe sizes from 2-4.

What size do i get for my daughter, she wears a size 4 shoe

I would get size small. My son wears a size 12 shoe and he can probably wear the XS for 2 more years.
