This is the best kneeling and sitting cushion I have ever owned and owned many over the years. So comfortable yet remains firm against the ground and no branches on the ground have poked a hole in it. Due to the woven like pattern on top my body and or feet won't slip on it while washing my bike. And sits up high enough that I stay dry on mushy wet ground. Washes off easily. In the house just as useful washing floor or tub on my knees and enjoy sitting on while massaging my dog. Weighs nothing and the hand grip is great too.

We purchased two of these as we're young enough to still get things done, but with only one good knee between the two of us, we needed something between the ground and said knees. The kneeling pads for gardening weren't thick enough, so we looked at yoga equipment, and found these. They are very thick and cushiony, easy to carry and stash around the house, ready to be pulled out for any task that involves our knees. We've used them for everything from praying to yardwork, and they've done well. They wipe down well from outside, though I don't know that they should get soaking wet or covered in mud often. I've had to hose mine off real quick and then let it dry out of the sun, which it handled very well. I'd still call it more of a yoga tool than a gardening tool, but it does everything inside the house very well. It's hard to get boxes out from under the bed with our knees despite a relatively young age to have this problem...but you learn to adapt and get it done, you carry on, don't make a big deal about what you can't do and focus on being thankful for simple products like these that adapt everyday tasks into the do-able category! I try to put part of a waterproof canvas tarp under this when I'm using it in the garden. It's fine, I'm just frugal and don't like buying something twice when I could take simple steps to prolong its life. And having had these for about a year, they still look and cushion like new! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because if you're wearing shorts while using this pad, the safety grip texture is a little rough on the skin. I either wear long pants if I'll be on my knees for long, or throw an old pillowcase over it and secure it with a rubber band (or more often, my extra hair tie) for comfort and stability. Oh, I use it as a cushion for sitting on the floor for stretching or sorting stuff easier done on the floor and I can sit down there more than twice the amount of time than with a pillow. (I'm 50 years old and I've needed a knee replaced for almost 6 years. I feel like I should still be able to get on the floor and be able to get up without much fuss, but it's the reality and all I can do right now is look for simple adaptive products like this that help me keep doing all I have to do as best I can.)

I'm 70 years old, 188 lbs. and found these kneeling pads perfect. With their thickness there is no fear of kneeling down and having a rock or needle digging into your knee. I got the two pack and was super glad I did. Days after receiving my NETANY pads I had to work on my lawn tractor in the detached garage and the temperature was 32`F. The pads kept me from coming in contact with the very cold cement floor. Having two pads even allowed me to lay on my side (hip on one pad and shoulder on the other pad) and work. Two pads also allowed me to move kneeling positions without having to stand.

Many times when I have to sit to do a task I use this pad. It’s used the most when I’m washing my car. It makes cleaning tires and wheels a lot easier.

I bought this not for gardening but to be able to kneel near bathtub while bathing grandchildren at their home (mom and dad use it, too). Three years and strong!. Knee support-great, color black, Soft. Great buy! Grandma-Kitty loves!
