Worked for 3.5 Months and stopped charging.
This was my 3rd fit bit purchased in general, first time from this seller. The device completely stopped charging, it then would get extremely hot while I was attempting to use different charges. Definitely a safety issue with it overheating while plugged in. They refused to do anything because it was 2 weeks out of the 90 day warranty. Waste of money. I plan to purchase a Garmin from a reputable distributer.

Update to original review: Speaker and microphone don't work.
Update; I am happy with the replacement they sent me. If I had received this one the first time I would have gave it 5 stars. I was bitter. It happens. Packaging was fair. Communication was great. Not sure what "refurbished" means anymore. Shouldn't the microphone and speaker be tested. 😔😔😔

UNSATISFIED
I bought this February 2024, and it is now not syncing with my phone. I have done EVERYTHING that is suggested in the manual, and it works for 24 hours and then not syncing again. I have never had a problem with refurbished items before, but this is an expensive item to have to replace. 3/19/2025: Now it won't charge, have new charger and it still won't charge! So disappointed.
