Will it work for Switch Lite? Yes. New 2019 Switch model? Definetely no. They have different screen size. (old/new switch = 6.2 inch screen. Switch Lite = 5.5 inch screen)

Are these good for people trying to get rid of bluelight??

No you need blue light glasses for that

Can this be used on top of a vinyl sticker? like the ones that wrap around a switch lite to change it into another color?

If this vinyl sticker doesn't cover the screen not sure it would stick if it does
