When the earbuds are in the charging box and the box is disconnected from power, does tge charging box have its own battery that keeps charging them?

Hi, if the charging box was full charged and the earbuds are not in full power, the charging box will keep charging the earbuds until the earbuds are full charged.

My earbuds are brand new, they came charged but now are completely dead and won't charge. No indication light are going on, any suggestions?

I have three of these earbuds and have never had that problem. But, I always charge to the fullest before using them. Even though they come with some charge in them, it is best to fully charge before using. I charge frequently after each use. There will be a voice saying they need charging when they get low. I always stop using at that point and recharge them. I don't know about charging them after they are completely dead. I think I would try a few times, or leave them on the charger. I hope you can get them to work.
