I was genuinely not a fan of the first one of these I ate, but I realized the issue was my own expectations. If you bite into this expecting it to taste anything like "Cookies and Cream", you will be disappointed. It doesn't taste anything like the unhealthy snack it is named after, and the texture may be tougher and dryer than you expect. However, once I got past that initial surprise, I actually started to enjoy them more and more with every bar. The texture and taste are much closer to a dense oat flapjack with a slightly unusual, hard-to-describe sweetness. Once you accept it for what it is, it's actually a very pleasant, filling snack - though it's best to have a drink handy as they can be a bit dry. Where this product absolutely shines is the nutritional profile and the price. It delivers on the 20g of protein, high fibre, and low sugar claims, making it a great alternative to junk food. Better yet, the cost per bar is incredibly competitive in some cases, it is literally half the price of other leading protein brands. Admittedly, you get a better texture and flavour with those other brands - but in terms of content this is pretty good. I will definitely consider buying more, but I'd maybe opt for a different flavour next time.

These protein bars are excellent value for money for 20g of protein per bar. Very tasty and great quality too.

Incredibly dry, hard and chalky. The taste is nothing like cookies and cream and almost has a strange overly sweet fruit taste. Can't recommend anyone buys these. Feels like I've wasted £12.

In the description for cookies and cream flavor, it states that the amount of carbs per bar is 21.7 grams, yet when I purchased it, it has over 30+ grams of carbs. And the same applies to the Honey Berry flavour which has way over 30+ grams. Although is advertised as having 20.9 grams. This is misleading and ruins your diet for those trying to control calorie intake. However the chocolate brownie has the same as advertised which tastes really good and fulling.

I love flapjack, and also cookies, but I'm trying not to eat either at the moment, and wanted a healthier snack that has a good amount of protein. These bars fit the bill, and also have a decent amount of fibre, which can't be a bad thing. They're quite substantial and filling, without being a chore to eat. The bars aren't crumbly either, so no worries about making a mess if you're eating them in the car. Bonus. So far I've bought: Cookies and Cream (several boxes now). Not very flapjacky, but they're pleasant, filling, and not over-sweet, which is just as well, as I'd be tempted to scoff them all! Double Chocolate: I really like these. Lots of chocolatey flavour and chunks, without the possible mess if you're on the go, or if they get a bit warm. For me, a small step up from the Cookies and Cream. Honey and Berries: I love these. Really tasty fruity flavour, proper moist flapjack texture, kind of reminds me of a Bakewell. My fave so far. Maybe they're not quite as moreish as Grenade's Oero flavour (yum), but they're more filling, taste plenty nice enough, and are usually considerably cheaper. I'll definitely be back for more.

Good product, good ratio of fibre, carbs and protein

I hate eating these. They make my teeth feel weird and I’m trying to chew them without tasting them. 20g protein for 236 calories is not particularly ‘high protein’ in my book, although I appreciate the fibre boost. Ultimately for the price you’re getting what you pay for but I would not recommend (or even give one to a friend for free without expecting them to spit it out!). 2/5 stars is generous but given the economical price and robust fibre content this is what I’m giving it.

Je ne connaissais pas ces barres proteines et c'est une bonne surprise, le goût, la texture tout est parfait, au chocolat elles sont aussi très bonnes.

Queste barrette sono veramente le migliori per chi come me è goloso di dolce e cerca di mantenere la retta via ... Quindi una o due volte al giorno con queste barrette secondo me ci si toglie la voglia e in più si ha una quota proteica. Anzi direi che una tira L' altra. Quindi bisogna comunque controllarsi. L' unica cosa che rimane da chiedere al produttore è la percentuale tra proteine del latte e collagene perché come tutti dovrebbero sapere il collagene non concorre alla quota proteica giornaliera perché non è utile alla crescita muscolare,ma è ottimo per altre funzioni come supporto giunture, tendini, cartilagini,pelle ...ecc...ec... Poi visto il prezzo non ci si può lamentare. Ma la percentuale sarebbe gradita per chi vuole organizzare bene la propria quota proteica giornaliera. Grazie

Diesen Riegel esse ich seit einiger Zeit jeden Morgen zum Frühstück und bin rundum zufrieden. ✅ Vorteile: – Gutes Protein-Kalorien-Verhältnis auf 100g – Enthält Milchprotein und Haferflocken als solide Basis – Macht zum Frühstück angenehm satt – Kilopreis liegt bei rund 20€ – deutlich günstiger als vergleichbare Riegel im Einzelhandel, die oft das Doppelte kosten – Geschmack ist typischer Proteinriegel-Standard, nichts auszusetzen ❌ Nachteile: – Geschmacklich nichts Besonderes, eher Standard – wer auf außergewöhnliche Sorten hofft, wird nicht überrascht Fazit: Für den Preis bekommt man hier ein wirklich faires Protein-Kalorien-Verhältnis, das im Einzelhandel kaum zu finden ist. Geschmacklich Durchschnitt, aber das macht der Preis locker wett. Werde ich definitiv wieder kaufen.
