Two sturdy refreezable packs fit inside a soft cloth bag with a nice wide velcro strap. Perfect fit to hold the flexible gel ice bag- which stays cold and in place around an arm or leg. Alternate the gel packs in the freezer and the cloth bag holds it close without damaging the skin. We used it for a knee injury but could be used for ankles, legs or arms. Very helpful and convenient!

The 3-Pc Reusable, Ge; Ice Wrap set is AWESOME! It was received on-time, well packaged, and in good condition. The two Gel Packs are an excellent size, and the straps are not attached - which provide the user with nearly limitless ways the packs can be placed on the body for best support, effect, & comfort. Not too hard, not too soft, they shape to the body and stay in the right place. Because they are Gel rather than ICE, they hold their temperature for a long time. I only wish that I ha discovered these great packs years ago! They get my Highest Recommendation.

This is a very nicely produced set. So far, I've only used it in warm version. First, I needed to learn that the temperature it feels immediately after microwaving is NOT the temperature you will get in a few minutes. It gets hotter over perhaps the first 3-4 minutes after microwaving, and then slowly cools (cools faster than other gel packs). I find it excellent for a 10-minute session. I use it over my eyes. If it were increased in size, by one inch in each direction, I would feel it is perfect. As it is, it's very good. I appreciate the cover and the band to hold it in place, and the care in designing them, for me a convenience and a refinement over a gel pack.

Love these ice or heat, packs. The soft band with a velcro end work great. I have golfers elbow so these packs bend and mold well enough to give a good amount of heat or cold right where I need it. I really appreciate the size for back, arms or other sore areas.

I purchased my first set of these on August of last year, and they have been an absolute staple in my daily recovery routine since then. ​ Durability & Real-World Use: For the price, the longevity is incredible. I put these through the ringer every single day while working behind the chair and while maintaining a house literally. They eventually opened at the seams but I honestly think that was my fault—I was constantly transitioning the same packs from the freezer to the microwave, and sometimes heating them for too long. The extreme temperature swings eventually stressed the material. ​My Pro-Tip for Longevity: I just bought my second set because I love them so much, but I’m doing things differently this time to make them last even longer. I recommend designating one pack for 'Always Cold' and one for 'Always Heat.' By not stressing the material with those back-and-forth temperature swings, they should last indefinitely! ​Why they are perfect for workers: What sets these apart is how 'slouchy' and pliable they are. I can actually wear these under my apron at work at Sport Clips. They fold perfectly over my shoulder and tuck under my clothing without being bulky. I love ❤️ these. I get very itchy shins and these cool them off. I’ve scratched and used many different creams. These alleviate the itch without causing blood from scratching. They tame the beast.

This is the most comfortable ice pack I've ever used. I bought it for my foot and it works very well. I have to wrap it around a few times but once I get it on, it doesn't move. I measured it around my waist only because of some of the reviews saying that it's too small and for me it fit with LOTS of room to spare. My waist is 32" and there was probably an extra 18" more than I needed.

Ich habe mir dieses Set mit zwei Kühl-/Wärmepads gekauft, weil ich mir den Fuß verletzt hatte und die herkömmlichen Kühlpads einfach nie richtig gehalten haben. Man konnte sie zwar drauflegen, aber sie sind ständig verrutscht – gerade wenn man mal nicht still sitzen will oder kann. Hier ist das anders: Dank der mitgelieferten Tasche mit Klettverschluss lässt sich das Pad ganz einfach am Fuß, Bein oder an anderen Körperstellen fixieren. Das sitzt deutlich besser und verrutscht nicht so leicht. Ein kleiner Wunsch wäre, dass man den Klettverschluss noch etwas strammer einstellen könnte – ab und zu sitzt es nicht ganz so fest, wie ich es gern hätte. Aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Die Pads selbst lassen sich sowohl kühlen als auch erwärmen und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung – ob bei Verletzungen, Verspannungen oder nach dem Sport: vielseitig, bequem und wirklich durchdacht.
