Purchased for the science department at school. The kids were able to use them easily. This made the investment much more enjoyable with no whining about how to use them.

They are perfectly good stop watches but as a teacher I also came across the annoying beeping sounds and props to the person who left a picture with instructions. Mine came in a simple brown box no labels, no instructions. I actually looked up the Amazon order again to find instructions where I found a line on one of the pictures saying that when you are in clock mode, hold down both outside buttons simultaneously and the alarm goes off. So now I just check that all stop watches have the alarms off at the end of the day if I use them in class. Durable, good for the price point, nice bulk amount, I recommend.

Update- after 9 months are still working. I guess they never shut down. 2/21/26 Update- after 4 months they are still working. Previous comment: I’m wondering how to shut them off. I’m not sure I even turned them on. Do they just drain their battery till they’re dead? Directions are poor and not helpful- if they were, or if they at least shut off by themselves, it would be worth it. But I’m concerned they won’t work before I use them for a lesson I planned- which is why I purchased them. Seemed like a good purchase at first- but more like a waste of money each day that passes.

I used these in my classroom. It was a great price for the quantity. The have lasted for over a year without any issues. They are easy to use with all grades.

A little complicated to use. Great if you need all that and want to take the time to do all the things. But for my use, too much and too complicated to have staff use in the moment.

Over our summer program the kids used these to time various activities from building launch pads to exercises and racing, among other games. They were easy enough for 9 year olds to use, but 'professional' enough for the teachers to use after summer was over. They use them for timing classroom games, quizzes and more. The numbers on the display are large enough to read, the contrast was decent enough. The cases do feel pretty light, so don't run over them with a car or stomp on them. But during normal use they have held up fine. A good deal if you need these in bulk.
