An upstate New York winter delight for someone who is out walking the dogs every day! Fleece lined - check; Warm earflaps - check; Adjustment strap to snug up or loosen the fit - check; Waterproof - check; Chin strap for those windy days - check. Baseball cap style visor for those rare sunny Upstate NY days - check. This hat checks every box, and feels well-made. Today was a just-above-freezing slush and pouring rain day, and despite soaking wet dogs and other clothing on me, my head and ears were warm and dry, and my glasses rain free under that great bill.

This is a pretty nice ear cap with two great cinches. I have an abnormally tiny head (not kidding) and usually have to get my caps in the kid's dept. This cap is a one size too which makes it even more shocking that it fits me reasonably well. Yes, I did cinch in the string around the back of the head and it's not tight of course. But it's a good, adjustable fit. Rain resistant, fairly warm without making my head sweat. I like the hunter orange because I take the dog hiking all year and sometimes hunting season is going on. My only suggestion would be that they add a warming neck flap. That would be scrumptious! But can't have everything. I have issues with my neck getting cold so I always have a scarf in winter. I wore this cap on a recent camping trip for two days and found it to be perfect. I had 4 other caps in the camper but this one was perfect weight for the weather in January here.

When I first got it, I almost immediately returned it. It was flimsy and didn't feel like it would do squat here in UT at 7500' and heavy winds making it well below zero most of the winter. It is a lot better than my initial impression! The bill is solid and it's a lot warmer that I thought it would be. I do wish it had thicker fleece so I deducted a star for that. It REALLY shines when combined with a hoody, it doesn't push down on your sunglasses like typical ball caps do and it does block the wind fairly well.

Very nice insulated cap. Fits well. Keeps my head warm on the coldest days. Well constructed. Looks nice. Love the color options. Very reasonable price for the high quality.

Loved the look of this cap but wearing it is a whole different story. If you have a big and very cold head this is the cap for you. Sturdy, sharp looking cap until it slides down over your eyes and your head begins to sweat bullets. Even tightening the adjustable strap it still slide down. Maybe it is the material. It also is very warm!!!!

This is a nice hat. It is warm and fits a large head. The ear flaps don’t get in the way and the red color is nice. I would buy it again.

Really like this hat. Keeps ears warm and it says it's waterproof. like that it has a removable chin strap just in case of wind. Fits my 23 and 1/4-in skull. Bill seems like it would shade eyes from sun.

It's lightweight and has warm fleece on the inside. The straps can be removed and also has pull string on the back to adjust the back. Definitely worth the price. I am happy with the purchase definitely would recommend it.

The size is adjustable. It fits my kid, myself and my husband. Comfortable and warm, the fleece lining is nice and soft. I ordered orange but you can see the black lining through the orange fabric, will return and order a darker colour. Great hat!

One of all time favourite hats for outdoor winter activities. Keeps me warm and also keeps the sun out of my eyes.
