Absolutely love my Lifepro Half Balance Ball Trainer!!! I've had it for nearly a year, and use it nearly everyday!! It's sturdy, and perfect for exercise in a limited space; it also is grippy and I don't feel like I'm going to slip. I really like how I get a "workout" simply by standing on it, and I don't even realize that I'm _exercising_ ... until I step off it, and can feel my leg muscles, not to mention my core, too!! To start, just 5mins (or less) on it, and you can get a workout! You won't even realize you're strengthening your core; healing your lower back pain, while strengthening your abs, hips, and legs, too! And because you're body is constantly adapting/adjusting to the changes happening beneath your feet, you'll work more muscle groups than you can even imagine!! Great for lifting weights -- I stand on it while I lift, and have noticed far superior strength as compared to standing on a flat floor! Also, doing squats among numerous other varieties, has been highly effective! Love that they included the squishy ball, too, which encouraged me to try squats; I now hold a dumbbell instead. This Balance Trainer has really improved my balance and even my proprioception, as I wake up muscles that I didn't even realize I have. 😅 Highly recommend this Balance Trainer!! The price is about half the leading competitor, and with a lifetime guarantee, how can you go wrong?! Lifepro makes a sound product, with all the same technical specs as the competitor, but at a more reasonable cost. I love my Lifepro Balance Ball Trainer, and I'm so glad I bought myself one last year! If you haven't already, I highly recommend purchasing from Lifepro!! It's great quality, and seems better than the Bosu Ball, too! You can even flip it over for a more advanced balance experience!! Like a Vew-do Board, but multiplanar!! Almost like being on a slackline! Also great for training leg strength/balance for jibbing rails (on skis, snowboard, or skateboard)!! Like a balance beam in a new dimension, lol 😅.

Pros: Arrived on time with all pieces in tact! Sturdy, pump is easy to use fill balls quickly. Great traction on both top + bottom. Small storage footprint when vertical. The air plugs are very secure and easy to invert. Comes with a wall chart and link for tons of exercise options. Extra plugs and manual straws also included. Looks top quality and works as expected! I’ve used this brand with a trainer and really like it. Cons (IMO): The balance ball has to be on its side for the pump to really work, so it is a bit clunky to fill and takes about 75 pumps to fill, assuming you don’t take any breaks. That said, the pump doesn’t require much pressure so was quick to fill in one go. 2nd - The half ball is easy to overfill, so don’t push the plug all the way in until you actually measure the height. Otherwise you’ll need to use that plug removal tool right away. I recommend putting it on a table or counter to measure so you make sure it’s level (see pics). Have Fun!

This product is great and easy to use for the whole family (ages 5-43). We can each get a good workout in from the comfort of our home and our kids have fun games they can do to strengthen their core without even realizing it. It also comes with a big poster with a whole bunch of exercise options with instructions. It's also nice and heavy, sturdy, and comes with a lifetime warranty (if you register with Lifecore within 14 days of purchase).

Great quality! We purchased this to help with soccer goalkeeping training and it has been a great training tool. Soccer cleats do not wear it either.

UPDATE: Took a bit of effort to connect with Customer Service, however, they did send a hand pump. No problem pumping up the half ball, inserted the stopper then realized ball was slightly under inflated. Couldn't get the stopper back out using supplied tool. Pliers solved the problem. Added more air and all is well. The product seems very well constructed. Should last a good long while! Waited till the black balance ball was available. It finally came today. YAY. However - NO HAND PUMP inside box. Instead there were 2 accessories bags (each containing: plug remover, 2 plugs, a plastic straw and a tape measure). Also per inflation instructions, there was supposed to be a plug already inserted in the air intake valve - there was nothing. We cannot inflate the balance ball. We have a LifePro Vibration Board so expected the same high quality and attention to detail. Very disappointed.

Very good quality with lifetime warranty. Simple and easy to use and great for beginning balance training. Great value for money, especially compared to the original product. Good grip and nice to have the handles to carry it. Highly recommend

A lot more cost effective than the brand that I will not name but is way overpriced. I have used them both and can't tell the difference. Very versatile and easy to inflate. Great quality!

I am highly impressed with the Lifepro Half Balance Ball Trainer! This is a heavy duty piece of exercise equipment. I see now why they offer a Lifetime Warranty. I will never have to file a claim. The ball is air tight. My husband and I inflated the ball as instructed. Then we stepped on and off the ball as suggested to develop stability. I like the extensive workout chart. This shows what part of the body you are working and where you should feel the workout. The chart is simple and easy to understand. This is for more than just balance! There are stretching exercises, Pilates, etc. so versatile. It’s a full body workout. You can order accessories, or other exercise equipment to build up your own home gym.

Great balance training aid. I like the aggressive texture on this ball. Seems very robust and good quality. This comes with a nice exercise chart and a bonus pilates ball. A good purchase and I would definitely recommend it.

Fragrance free, we'll made, rugged, excellent quality. The bottom is quite rigid but grippy. The surface is grippy but not too bad to sit on. We'll see after the first few weeks if it has chaffed anything as I'm also using it as a VR kayak seat, but so far I'm very pleased. As a big guy, it was nice to find something that would support my weight and still last a while. Might be able to pass this one on to the kids in a few years.
