Good healthy Biotin
It is a very good biotin liquid, it taste nice orangey flavour. I can recommend this vitamin because it has many benefits for the health.

So easy to take. I used powder supplement , as cannot take capsules or tablets. However with powder I find it a little inconvenient as you always have to mix it with water. This is so easy to take as you just put in the cap and take the recommended amount. Also has a great flavour. Noticed a little bit of difference In my hair and skin. Losing a little bit less hair. The difference is not big, but there is some difference . Will defo buy more
