MASTERCANOPY Premium Heavy Duty Pop Up Commercial Instant Canopy Tent (10x10, Black)

Heavy to transport but the quality makes up for it. I have gone through 5 different brands so far this one is the best. I wouldn't buy it for the case / wheel bag. Needs some improvement. Can't trust it to stand when stored or wheel in transit. However the sturdy frame is the reason I bought it and so far has worked well.

Really nice quality and very durable

We purchased this canopy in white a year and a half ago. My previous lasted more than a decade. I have to have the hectogon legs and the UV blocking silver coating on the inside. This tent is the sturdiest I have seen, it is commercial grade, simple to put up. We have used them in the back yard, game days, and the beach. If you take care of the tent then it will last.

So this isn't my first time setting up one of these pop up canopies but it is the first time where I didn't get any instructions. The wheels were easy to install because I used common sense that the threaded shaft goes in the threaded hole and the threaded spacer is there to keep the wheels out further to clear the bag. Setting it up was fairly easy. Certainly had many moments of "do I do this first or that?" where a simple 4 picture ikea-esque diagram would have helped immensely. Taking off one star for lack of instructions. Took about a half hour to assemble from scratch without any tools or help.

This canopy is very strong! It, unfortunately, got blown over and rolled a few times. We thought it was going to be junk after that. We got to the canopy and were surprised to see that we only had one bent support beam! We needed to get a new fabric cover though. We texted with Master Canopy, and they had the factory in China send us a new support beam. the spare part was reasonably priced to we ordered two!

Horrible product. Bought the commercial version for our competition BBQ team and was destroyed in the first rainstorm. For reference, a wallmart Ozark trail canopy was used for 4 years in same location with only a small rip in canvas after 4 years. Tent was staked and sand bags were set up. Contacted company with no results and Anazon deleted our first review. Shady company and service as no warranty was available and no follow up was made by company or management after contacting company multiple times.

The last canopy you will buy. I strongly suggest anchoring it down with 2 ratchet straps per corner in addition to the anchor points on each leg.

It arrived yesterday in a box . I opened it this morning, you have to put the wheels on yourself and very easy to do, the tarp roof seams to be of good quality, definitely need a van for 10x10 I had to lay the back seat down, it was heavy at 53lbs but I did it on my own with a bit of work. I love the legs as that was very important for me as I would be using and taking down a few times a week this summer doing craft fairs and can get ver windy here . I have not come across the sand bags yet and hope they are in with the tarp when I open it at the first fair next weekend. I may order a set for extra protection. And a nother wall that I did order separately from a different company I wanted a better side wall then I could find . I orders in black roof as I thought it would block more or the sun raise and give me warmth in the cooler days? Once I use a few times I will update. As I am one person operation how easy or difficult it is to pack use and unpack I hope the weights are in with the frame or Tent roof as it was suppose to come with . Now that I have put my tent up 2 times, it’s a strong tent but not a one person set up, you will need a 3 step stool, and be strong enough to lift it past the silver clips and be over 5 foot 3 … I both times had to get a man to help lift the roof. Also I extended 4 legs in the ground first to the first whole then lift from the ground as one leg ata time standing was not a good idiea My tent did not come with a side wall, and I think it dose leak at the stitching on the top. I will have to get a fabric sealer. Other wise so far in a heavy down rain and wind it’s still up right with tie downs. I recommend side walls and more tie downs. As rain wind directions will make havoc on any vender to keep dry. I wouod give yourself 1 hour set up min for 1 person set up time and it is heavy and stiff to set up , but so far not for me for take down or set up for short vender times , if over 3 hours in the hot sun then I would or have help is my opinion. For windy areas I do recommend and use all tie downs. Order side walls or make them for this tent master canopy with door side please. And let me know when you have a door with windows and with out.

We were looking for a sturdy and easy set up canopy for summer camping trip and parties. Compared several different kinds, I chose this premium pop up canopy blue 10x10. I used it for a 4 day camping trip, couple of backyard parties. Have not tested it for the rain nor heavy wind yet. The posts and the frame felt very strong and well made. It is very easy to set up. However, you definitely need two persons to set it up. It takes less than 5 mins after you try it couple of times and know the tricks. I watched video on line before set it up. The instruction is not sufficient to teach you how to set it up. 10x10 is a good size to cover the regular size picnic table + four camping chairs inside. The fabric roof cover did the job, block the sun and provided nice shade. We bought an one-side wall to attach to this canopy. Overall, it is a high quality product and worth the money.

Material lasted one year, got so weak when I try to remove it for the winter the material just ripped.

Have done 5 vendor events with this canopy so far. One event had on and off rain and the canopy didn't leak. The hexagon legs are a bonus. They are thick and not flimsy. Canopy was easy to put up after a couple practice shots. I found the sand bags were small and kind of useless so I used bags of play sand around the feet. The canopy held up in a pretty strong wind. It seems to be an excellent canopy that will last if taken care of. The wheels on the carry bag could be bigger and stronger. They haven't broke yet but are wimpy for the weight of the canopy.
