Surprisingly good
I am surprised and extremelly satisfied. I bought this one because it was the cheapest one i found but it is the best reusable ice pack i've ever had. The only thing is that the velcro strap could be a little bigger, but it is still a very good item nonetheless. Very easy to use as it can be put on the microwave and holds the temperature well. Helped me a lot with back pain that i have from working on the computer.

Comfortable
It's ok, helps, takes about a couple of hours to freeze. It's got a soft cover that stays on. I think it's worth the money. It hasn't leaked up to now!

BETTER THAN EXPECTED
Fantastic! I bought 2. I bought them for toothache, popped in freezer for 30 minutes and stays cold for hours. Also used for period pains, popped in microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute and it helped. Comes with velcro straps so can be used on arms and legs. Also comes in a pouch to protect body from the cold or heat. Definitely recommend 👌

Well, it lasted exactly 1 day. I left it in the microwave a few seconds longer than advised and it popped along its side seam.

Leaked and destroyed
Only used it once then it was left on the windowsill in bedroom. Last night I realised that it had leaked from the closure of the balloon and oozed gunk on the paintwork and dripped over the edge through the radiator onto the skirting board, floor and a pair of Skechers. I am not happy as it has removed a layer of paint in the cleaning up process and will not clean off the Skechers.

Very nice, helps with pain management
This product would be something I recommend to buyers. You can strap this easily around your body to get the best point of contact with the affected area. The ice pack lasts maybe 20/25 minutes, doesn’t actually freeze solid. That would be my only take away from this product. I would buy again though.

È già la seconda volta che acquisto questo gel riutilizzabile e confermo che è davvero un ottimo prodotto. Può essere usato sia caldo che freddo ed è molto efficace per dolori muscolari, contusioni o emicranie. La custodia protettiva è comoda e permette di applicarlo senza fastidio diretto sulla pelle. Si scalda e si raffredda velocemente, resta alla giusta temperatura per un buon tempo ed è resistente anche dopo tanti utilizzi. Un rimedio pratico, economico e indispensabile da avere sempre in casa!

Excellent product.
Exactly as described and seems to be very good quality. I heat it up in the microwave 15 to 30 seconds at a time until it reaches a temperature that I like. Being careful not to overheat it. With the product positioned between my lower back and a chair or bed, it retains the warmth for quite a while. Very therapeutic.
