Using vfd on air compressor when compressor shuts off after reaching correct pressure we are getting error code oc-d can someone help?

It is an over current code google VFD codes try to lower frequency setting below 60hz your VFD should be twice the size of your motor

Why am i getting oc-r when i try to start my motor? 230v 3-phase, 5hp, 17 amps. i have the 10hp drive rated for 50 amps.
