This is a very sticky mat. However, that was exactly what I was looking for. I keep it in my rv and put my cb on top of it on the dash so it won't slide around. It sticks like glue and goes nowhere. Hang on to the flat packing it comes in, as well as the plastic that originally went on top of it. That's how you'll store it for a long time of use. I had a previous sticky pad that lasted years until I got lazy and left it on the dash. Over a hot summer it melted onto the dash which I can definitely see happening with this. If it's hot out and you're parked for a while, take it off and properly put it away. It can be rinsed off under a faucet if it gets dirty and will work like new again.

This is the orfeft amount of sticky. Sometimes they are just too much - especially with the heat of summer and the black dash it can be a mess getting it off and on or replacing it or what not. The only thing I can say is that by three or four of them because you’ve only get one good stick and one peel that’s it for one you can’t reuse it or anything like that. But they are good. - and do their work and purpose perfectly.

I LOVED these, they worked great and didn't look bad. This past week I finally had to get rid of them because they melted on my dash in the heat 😭 would definitely buy again but not during summer! I know they weren't marketed as heat resistant or anything but didn't have any problems before this summer.

I bought this to line the cubbies in my RAV4. It's almost too sticky for that purpose. (I didn't realize the sticky is on both sides.) I made a template and cut to fit. So far it works for my needs.

I had one of these in a previous work car. I got a new car and my old one was kept as a spare and left outside in the sun. After a couple weeks, the rubber mat melted into the dash and was impossible to clean off. I had already bought one for my new car and while on vacation it was left outside for about 10 days and also started melting. Luckily I caught it in time and was able to clean it off. Beware if you leave this on your dash parked in the sun……

I use this on the middle arm rest/compartment. My dog like many like to stand there and be navigator. This helps my dashund from slipping on the armrest and falling on turns. It works well on holding the phone also but I bought it for my dog.

The texture looks nice and blends in with the dashboard. However, during sharp turns or sudden stops, heavier items like a phone can still slide off, especially if the dash surface isn’t completely flat. Also, it tends to attract dust and lint pretty quickly, which takes away from the clean look. Overall, it’s an okay product for the price—just don’t expect it to keep everything in place under all driving conditions.

Not too much stickey but looks good on dashboard and holding my perfume can and helicopter

The size of the item is large comparing to what I used in the past from eBay. I use this for keeping the tissue box on the car dashboard and a full sized tissue box can sit comfortably on this. It does its job perfectly. It never slipped even after braking the card very hard on different occasions. If you need to use smaller part, you can cut it into 2 halves. I recommend this product.

An excellent non-slip mat. It's slightly larger than what was stated in the description. It doesn't stick to the car dashboard on its own, but all items stay in place perfectly under their own weight.
