iO CLEAN 16oz Screen Cleaner Spray – Best Large Cleaning Kit

The Product: Couldn’t be better - and I’m picky about my screens! I purchased this via my wife's prime account, so I hope the Amazon police don't come after me. :) The large bottle of solution you get performs remarkably well - performed perfectly actually - and lasts a very long time! This kit comes with a large nozzle spray attachment; you can see it in the pic of the product, which I use to spray on a good size microfiber cloth which I prefer. [search, in the Amazon search bar: ASIN B098D79MQB, to see the microfiber bundle I prefer]. It comes with a perfectly good microfiber cloth with no real need to replace it - I’m just picky. Never spray anything directly on your screen and, if I'm not mistaken, IO CLEAN's directions are consistent with this. Due to my work [I am a full-time Mix Engineer, for 40 years now], I require a lot of, "screen real estate". Over the years, trying different configurations, I found adding two additional, high end monitors to my Mac, as the perfect solution for me. Some use 40”, 50”+ TV’s for this job, but I prefer 2 additional, specialty monitors as my preferred setup. When I first got my IO Clean, frankly, I was afraid to try it on my monitors, so I tested it on my TV first. It worked like a charm; absolutely brilliantly! Literally without room for improvement! You can’t ask for better when it easily leaves your screen like new! The Talent, who's music I mix, and then, once I get final approval, I forward to a Mastering Engineer, occasionally wants to come over while I mix their song/EP/album. Mixing is not a team sport! Plus, they always seem to be used to working on their phone and on their iPads and when they do come over, they can't help themselves and try to use my screens like a touchscreen….. like it's an iPad. It is not! This accomplishes nothing but leaving a dirty streaks on my screen. I have a sign that says, “No food No drinks in the Control Room" on the door. You would be amazed how many think it does not apply to them, when I hold out the waste basket for them. Throw out your food or leave! I should put a, “Do not touch the screens - YES this means YOU!” sign in the Control Room. Staring at screens from morning, sometimes to early morning, a clean screen is my pet peeve, and it annoys me to no end when they keep touching my screen; even after I've ask them not to, two or three times already. Mixing is not a team sport. Politically, I can't tell them not to come. The smart ones just watch and want to learn. The others, just make the job longer, creating a worse product than I would have, insisting they want to do things which I know won't translate well. I'm open to new ideas, but there are times experience just says no. I’m not gonna tell them no, but I do tell them they're doing more harm than good and what they do, is degrading the outcome of THEIR song, and how it's going to come out. Mixing’s fundamental purposes Balance. When I pass it on to a Mastering Engineer, one of his fundamental purposes is volume. The Talent seems to think it needs to come out of my studio with great volume. That's not my purpose in this. Balance, maintaining dynamics, unifying things such as Backup Vocals, Guitar and other instrument groups, making doubled lead vocals sound like a single vocal using automation, controlling spatial aspects, and much more, is some of a Mix Engineer’s responsibilities. With very few exceptions, the Talent knows nothing of the above, but wants to take control of all of it. I often call their manager, agent or label saying, “Get them out of here, if you want a good mix”. If they're big enough, they’ll rent a studio and have them record things ’s/he forgot about’ They send the mix to me because they trust my judgment. So if I say, “Get them out of here", they trust my judgment, and do so. Normally, if somebody does not like my work, I have no problem redoing it, but if they are "directing my mix", and ignore my warnings they are doing harm, I do charge them again to make it right. Having received an advance from the label (a.k.a. a ‘loan’ from the label), they often feel it their money, they are suddenly rich they don't care about spending it. They keep anything left over and buy things with the money, while the smart thing to do is to return it to the label. When they have a hit, yet don't make any money, at least until that advance is paid back, they then realize it was only a loan & wish they left me to do what I do best and not have to pay me and the Mastering Engineer a second time, because they felt they know best and pay no attention to experience. The Company: Great customer service! I had a bit of bad luck however. One day, that big spray nozzle just stopped working! I keep it all neatly in the box it came in and was able to reach out to the company, via email, and explain my issue. They required more information from me and once I sent it, I received a replacement for it almost immediately. Outstanding customer service! They are a company who stands behind their product. I tell my clients, not to judge me if we have a problem, but by how I fix it. I apply the same philosophy to those I do business with and IO Clean certainly strives to keep their customers happy. I won't use any other cleaner. I don't trust any other cleaner, nor will I ever have a need to do business in this category with anyone else. Don't look any further, you're not gonna get anything better, nor will you have a better company to deal with, should you have to!

I love this product. The bottle is much larger than I expected, so you get a lot of cleaner for the price. It works extremely well on TVs, monitors, phones, and other glass screens without leaving streaks or residue behind. I’ve also used it on motorcycle helmet visors and dirt bike goggles, and it worked surprisingly well there too. It’s become my go-to cleaner for just about anything with a smooth glass or plastic surface. The included microfiber cloths and accessories are really helpful, and everything feels like a complete cleaning kit instead of just a bottle of spray. With how much cleaner comes in the bottle, I honestly expect it to last me at least a year. Overall, it’s a great value, works exactly as advertised, and I’d definitely buy it again.

This product FAR exceeded my expectations. So far I’ve used the spray on my glasses, my phones, my tablets and laptops, my Echo Show (smart home hub), my massive Smart TV and even the small screen of my Apple Watch. Everything came extremely clean, and most importantly there wasn’t a single steak to be found! I've tried products like this before and they always leave streaks! This product left no trace! I like that it dries quickly, but on large devices (like a TV) it can dry a little too quickly so I advise spraying smaller areas at a time. I prefer the small pump sprayer to conserve product, and really that’s all you need. Even on my 70” TV the small pump sprayer was plenty, I have not used the handle sprayer (the one that’s like a cleaning product sprayer). I’m unsure if the product’s success is due to the chemical in the bottle or the towel it comes with, but either way it’s won me over. I have OCD and I’m a habitual screen cleaner. I can’t stand to use a device with fingerprints or watch a TV with dust and streaks. I’ve tried everything, from windex to vinegar, and even online cleaning hacks, none of them leave a truly streak free clean. This product achieves a streak free clean with little to no effort, I dare say even a child could use this with good results. I plan to come back to this review in a few months to update on how the towel is holding up, I’ve only had this a week or two now. I would highly suggest if anyone washes the towel they DO NOT use any detergent or softeners because it will undoubtedly leave residues and muck up the towel, which would transfer to your devices. The only negative I will include with my review is that the towel does give me a bit of an ick type feeling, but that’s ONLY due to sensory issues of my own, and NOT a product defect. I typically experience this with most microfiber towels. It felt like my skin was grabbing the fibers and I could hear it scraping like nails on a chalk board. Again - I can’t stress enough this is due to my own personal sensory issues. Any neurotypical person would likely not have the same experience. But for my neuro-spicy peeps out there I’d recommend wearing gloves to solve the sensory issue. TLDR - Buy the spray. It will change how you clean your devices forever. All of them. It’s streak free, easy to use, and a little bit of product goes a long way. 10/10 recommend, I will be back for more AND plan to start gifting this to all my tech loving friends.

2 Stars: Maybe it's just my luck, but I have used the iO Screen Cleaner kit including the cloth provided. I followed the instructions very well. For some reason after I finish up cleaning my monitor display it leaves horrible streaks and swirls giving my display a more oily or greasy look. P.S My Monitor is a 21:9 Curved LG Monitor with a matte display which means I would need to do more detail work on cleaning it. Updated to 4 Stars: I've done some research on having streaks and swirls when I wipe it down using the products provided in the kit. Long story short, the Micro Cloth provided is not the best quality. I bought me a MagicFiber cloth kit on Amazon and I sprayed the iO Screen Cleaner 3x on the MagicFiber cloth and wipe my Monitor side to side lightly and I flipped the MagicFiber cloth on the other side and finish it off in circular motions. I also have the 2 thin gray cloths from MagicFiber to remove any spots that have some swirls in the corners. The iO Screen Cleaner spray is good enough to make me walk away knowing my monitor screen is clean. I see little to no swirls now, better than using the iO Micro Cloth. Summary: Buy the iO Screen Cleaner spray bottle and buy the MagicFiber 4x Thick & Thin cloth kit. I will spray the iO Screen Cleaner 3x on the MagicFiber thick cloth (wet side) and wipe my Monitor side to side lightly and I flipped the MagicFiber cloth on the other side (dry side) and finish it off in circular motions side to side. Once I am done, I will use the thin cloth for any spots I might've missed that looks to swirly and when using the thin cloth I will also use it in circular motions... Someone on reddit said if your screen is oily; damp very little water from a water bottle on the cloth and wipe your monitor and then dry it off on the other side and it should remove anything oily on the display. Instead of doing this water method, I would highly suggest just buying the MagicFiber cloths. iO Screen Cleaner spray bottle and MagicFiber cloths is the best duo for screen cleaning!

Cleaned my dirty iPad screen, TV, cellphone and my daughter’s laptop and cellphone quickly and throughly! Dried streak-free, and non-tacky. Only required a couple sprays. All items were in the sealed box as described, and I used both sprayers that worked fine. Also, the microfiber cloth has a plush texture. Bottle is large size, so hopefully it will last a while. Def recommend!

Most of my screens are smudged and pretty filthy. Part of it is finding a good quality cleaner and part of it is neglect. I saw this cleaner that comes with a cloth and 2 sprayers and thought lemme try that one. I’ve used pre-moistened wipes with little success. Lots of fibers left behind. Then I tried packaged lens wipes and I’d use 5-10 of them for my tvs and 5 or so for my computers. That gets expensive. WOW what a product. My screens are clean and clear and no real streaks. There’s always a couple ya need to go back over. But wow it’s super clean. It’s expensive but you get 1000x what you get for lens cleaners, so worth it. A+.

Well, first off the bat, right when you, if you go to YouTube and watch the video of this package it. Um, first explains that that you don't want to use any kind of paper towel. Any kind of tissue products you want to use the chamois that they have, and you need to it, says, right, the guy tells you you need to have 2 But this Becky, do it comes with one. So now I gotta sit here and wait another 3 days. Do you order another channy? Because this one didn't come with enough products, it become with all the products that they say that you need to clean your TV properly or your screens properly. So right off the bat, they don't even give you what you need to do the items so now I gotta sit here and wait another 3 days to get To reorder one, the the rest of what I need just to do, what they say, is the proper thing to do. So right off the bat that just is ridiculous. They just wasted 3 days of my time, and I was expecting to have my TV cleaned. So yeah, this product garbage right off the bat, if you don't give me all the things that I need. Then I don't even care It's not like I can read the product directions before I get the product so the product should have everything you need. But this doesn't provide that so right off to that bam, hmm, don't buy this. I'm adding to this review.I went and got another shammy, and use the products on my t. V and my cell phone and a couple of other appliances and it worked great. There was no smearing, there was no nothing. It was easy, it was dry. It was it was easy to dry and it was very simple. And so the overall product is very good. I just wish that it would have had everything you needed right off the bat. But what might be, I guess? My fault is what I bought wasn't. I guess considered a starter kit. So it's not the manufacturers responsive. It's the ability to make sure that I buy everything that I need.So I should have looked at the package and found out that it didn't have exactly what I needed.So I should have bought everything all at once, but I got everything.And it all worked out.So the product is very good.So it should work out great for anyone who wants to use it

Excellent product all around, so good I actually left a review for once. I have been trying for years to get streaks off of my PC Monitors. Tried multiple products and DIY Solutions, none of them worked. This, however, actually cleared the streaks off of my screen, leaving it looking as if it were new. Having the option for a large and small sprayer is excellent, as well as the large volume of cleaning solution you actually get. All I had to do was use the small sprayer and a little bit of elbow grease and the streaks were gone. My screens were like I'd just got the out of the box after cleaning. Very easy to setup and the spray nozzles seem high quality. The towel you get as well is really nice quality, compared to a lot of Micro Fibre Towels I have used in the past. If I wasn't set for life with the amount of cleaning solution I got, I would absolutely buy this product again and again.
