I thought it was a hoax this red light therapy. It is so not a hoax this has truely helped me with all my aches and pains. So easy to use great size for my back legs where ever I need some heat. Also the red light itself I believe is helping in my healing.

I received my belt 2 days ago. It came in a nice box with a handle for storage and a carry on bag you can take with you., a stretch extension belt for different size bodies and a remote control. As I read through the manual, I decided to use the Red-light first. I plugged it up by my bed and the cord is long enough for me to lay down comfortably and use the remote without having to get up and adjust. I used the Red-light on my stomach first, where I had surgery and turned it around and used the FIR on my back next and turned on the heat. It was so relaxing and I fell asleep right away. I slept through the whole night, which is a miracle sometimes. The next day I used it again with the PEMF and heat. I was so relaxed, I slept off and on all day . I can't remember when the last time I done that. I used it again that evening with the heat and infrared. Again, I slept better than I have in a long time and woke up this morning feeling so much better. No pain in my lower back and my stomach was tight. It's a little bulky for my liking but I can live with it as long as it keeps doing what it did. I re-arranged it today and put it on the other side of the bed in a different outlet, to make it's permanent place .So far after 2 days, I'll give it an A . A plus if it fit me better. Next is my mid back and I'll make another review. It does it's job . The sleep I got is well worth it. Oh, it also comes with a Lifetime Warranty . I'm getting ready to submit that. It's a keeper. ❤️

Product was ordered and arrived next day. The packaging was simplistic and not bulky. The belt and cord were separated in the packaging and it came with an additional strap of an extension is needed. The belt is larger in size, easy to apply and secures with Velcro. It has red light and FAR PEMF options. The remote is attached to a lengthy cord. The remote is easy to navigate. The belt comes with an instruction booklet which was easy to navigate. Once applied, the belt does take minimal time to heat. While heating there is a beep which can be distracting. My initial sessions lasted 20 minutes as per recommendation in the instructions. During and post sessions I did feel my muscles in my back relax and felt relaxed over all afterwards. I feel I will continue to benefit from it as each use increases.

My first belt stopped working after about 6 months. The company sent a replacement; so far so good. Using for torn labrums in both hips to avoid hip replacements. I use it 5-6 times a week and am happy with a reduction in hip pain. Love the idea of red light therapy!

My husband and I both use this. We both have spinal issues and joint issues and I was impressed and felt results immediately. I like that it has Velcro and stays in place but you can be hands free and don’t have to lay down. You can use it on a lot of different parts of the body and it also warms while giving you the adjustable red light therapy.

Device stopped working completely after 8 months. The device comes with a lifetime warranty, which was one of the primary reasons I chose this particular one. I was satisfied with it completely and its features, until it stopped working. I contacted the seller via their website to request a replacement. I received an email saying I would be contacted in 2-4 business days. I never received an email reply. Instead, I received a message on Amazon from the seller offering me a refund. The manual states that a replacement will be offered, if repair not possible. (See copy and paste from manual.) I replied to this message received, and also sent an email prior to posting this review, requesting a replacement, as per the manual conditions. To date, I have not yet heard back. I would like to use this product, and would like a replacement, hoping that the replacement product has a longer life than the one I purchased. This product is amazing! I use it every other day on my lower back (spinal stenosis and sciatica). I’m now able to sleep through the night with little to no pain. I also use it on my knee to relieve the pain. It is pricey but well worth it for a good nights sleep.

Works well on back. More difficult to use on knee because of lengt but still feel good purchase. The red light therapy eases the pain I my lower back.

This is my 2nd purchase of an RLT belt. The quality of this one far exceeds that of the first one. The quality is superior, the company is reliable, and I have had no problems with it thus far. However, while I have not seen the results that others have claimed to see in terms of melting belly fat, I have used it therapeutically for pain and discomfort, and it has helped.

PRO:i am finding much relief from peripheral neuropathy . Con: the second battery is not working -very upsetting as I am losing confidence in the overall product. I am going to contact the manufacture - hopefully they will send new batteries free of charge,
