Comfortable and supportive
This is exactly what I was looking for. Perfect fit. I am 5ft 3 121 lb. With bladder prolapse. The support is right where i need it and not bulky under my clothes. I will order more.

Comfort that still works
For a severe prolapse. This is not the first time I’ve purchased this brand. I’m so happy to have found them. They have really literally put life back into my daily living. The others were longer like briefs, which work great under clothes, However I Bought these to wear under my swim suit. They are perfect, comfortable, still holds everything in place and added bonus, NO SHOW. Yes I highly recommend to anyone who suffers from a debilitating prolapse to try these.

Not supportive or flattering at all
I bought all sorts of support garments for pelvic issues while pregnant with my baby. This included this underwear, which I was skeptical about but decided to give it a try. They were very expensive for 1 pair, but I resolved that if they fit then I would work out buying more later. I bought the size medium for my pregnancy body, at 5’1/145 lbs and the underwear was really ill fitting and bunched up around my crotch, like a camel toe and also bunched on the backside of my rear, however, they were form fitting around my waist, which told me that sizing up would not help. They also provided zero support as it just felt like I wear wearing badly designed underwear. There was zero difference between this underwear and other underwear except that this was much more expensive. I tried other items, including a belly bandit band, momcozy pregnancy band, cabea baby belly band, neotech care pregnancy support band, and kinesiology tape. Of all the items, the momcozy pregnancy band and kinesiology tape helped to pick up my belly to provide a much needed lift. Both helped to pick up my belly about 2 inches where I’m not carrying so low. The momcozy band was about $40 during cyber week and the kinesiology tape I found for 2 rolls for $10. I highly recommend trying around for other means of support as you won’t get that with this underwear.

Really helps
I agree with the other review that it’s not perfect but it really helps 80% with bladder prolapse. Yes it is tight but not uncomfortable and I love the soft fabric. I’m finding that things stay up in place and seems to be training them to do so. I thank the company for creating this.

These actually work!
I got these and was skeptical they would make any difference for me while I wait for my hysterectomy for my uterine prolapse (it's currently 3/26/24 and my surgery is 5/14/24), as I can feel the pulling and stretching on my pelvis and lower back throughout the day, and would end up being in pain from my hips to my neck by the end of my work day. I also have a sedentary job, so the pressure on my hips didn't help either. However, these actually do the job. I haven't had to use my heating pad all day or take pain pills multiple times today. Seriously worth the money. I have about a 52" hip with a long torso and they fit fine. They sit right below my belly button. They feel like breathable Spanx or similar. They're compression type with a long V shaped strap in the front and the back, which is where a huge amoubt of support comes from. These are a cotton type material that are super soft and are breathable. They also don't look as nearly as... geriatric... as the photos suggest. More like a female version of tighty whities or similar, so like a brief. I also bought the black boy shorts but have not tried those yet.

Good support for prolapse, But…..
The band that supports the pelvic floor feels great, especially during a walk or hike or house work (times I’m most uncomfortable). But, as others have noted, the draw string is weird and the rise from crotch to waist is weird. Too short. I thought the drawstring if loosened would remedy that but it really does nothing. The way these fit the model in the picture, falling under the natural waist, is what you get and that’s neither comfortable or flattering. How hard would it have been just to make them fit like a brief? I worm them over my favorite brief for a hike but I was self conscious of all the seams and bulk and had to wear a long shirt. Just not a perfect solution.

I am totally impressed! It's like I have no problem at all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can't say enough good things about these support briefs. A++++++ :-)

Helps relieve pressure
I really didn't know if this product would work or not. I'm in stage 3 prolapse and it's really helping the bulge. I also bought the hot and cold packs so it gives me more of a lift. I like this product very much
