While for adults quality of supplements is most important, for babies it is taste that counts. I went through 3-4 different probiotics until I settled on this one. It tastes like milkshake, and it dissolves in your mouth smoothly (I tasted it myself, of course). All other infant/toddler probiotics that I tried that came in powder form were very hard to disguise in food. I couldn't fool my kid with any of the concoctions I tried. This one - he asks for. Of course, it also helps him keep regular, otherwise it would just be very expensive candy. One tablet provides 25 billion live organisms, which is one of the most potent probiotics I have found. It needs to be refrigerated, so it's not a good choice for travel. UPDATE 09/13/11 Whenever my kid has come down with a GI problem, it's been when he hasn't been taking this probiotic for two or more days in a row. I am now a believer and feel very strongly about this particular probiotic (perhaps others would have the same effect, but I don't feel like experimenting with my kid). I must add however, that it appears that daily use is important to obtain results. Recently, my boy decided he no longer liked the tablets, so what I do now is crush them and dissolve them in his multivitamin ( Salus Kinderlove Children's Multiple Vitamin, 8.5-Ounce, Glass . Because this product melts so well, it can be disguised seemlessly in any beverage. UPDATE 5/2012 According to Rami Nagel Cure Tooth Decay: Heal and Prevent Cavities with Nutrition, 2nd Edition Xylitol should be avoided for both children and adults. My kid's dentist also alerted me to the fact that certain high doses of Xylitol (over 7g, I think?) can cause serious diarrhea. So research the safety of xylitol yourself if you think of buying this product. I personally stopped giving this to my child and replaced it with home-made sauerkraut and raw milk kefir.

My kids don't necessarily enjoy chewing and eating these, but they work. Also this company shipped them fast and with an ice pack. I was really impressed with how carefully they were shipped and packed. Doing the 2 pack comes out a bit more economical which is great cause these aren't cheap. We will certainly order from these folks again.

My kids love the taste of these and to know that my kids tummies are getting what it loves without the strong taste of most probiotics is a win!

I first purchase these probiotics in April of 2025 and it’s really improved my kids’ health. We have battled minor staph infections for a while and believe it was due to over use of antibiotics. After about 3 months of consistently taking the probiotic I saw a major shift in how their bodies responded to skin issues! Now after nine months we’ve been staph free for a while and I think a big part of that has to do with improving their gut health. Worth the purchase and effort!

I was going to write the review earlier, but never got to it. I had these in my fridge since I bought it at the end of June 2015. My kids (10 y.o. and 5 y.o.) can't stand the taste of these. We tried on the beginning just after receiving them and today I was cleaning the fridge and tried to give it to them again. They really hate the taste of these chewables. I decided to try for myself because I couldn't believe they were this bad. Well they were truly horrible, it is really hard to describe it, but I had to spit it out. Let me just add that both my kids take chewable vitamins daily and at this time another probiotic as well without any issues.

My kids have been using these probiotics on and off for years, and I really like them. I believe they provide great support for their gut health. The only downside is the shipping—delivery often takes several days, and the package doesn’t arrive cold as expected. I worry that this affects the quality of the probiotics. Aside from that, we really love the product.

My boys love these. They are easy to chew for my 2 & 4 year old and they take them with no problem! They are clean products and my naturopathic dr recommended this brand! If you on the fence I would say get them and have your kids try them
