Fits great and looks good too. I did a little bit of modification. Nothing major. Had to put a piece of square tube under the battery stray. I installed it on a 2002 mustang v6.

The mounting bolt holes are absolutely massive compared to the tapered bolts that are supplied. Going to have to buy new bolts because of how sloppy they fit. Rest of it seems suitable for what I need
