Currency Trading For Dummies (For Dummies (Business & Personal Finance))

Has some really good basics with a very good list of additional resources. Does not go into much detail with technical analysis and does not include any "strategies" for actually making plays. But has all of the foundational information you need.

The first book came, and appeared used. I requested a replacement, and this copy is much better! I’m new to trading in any capacity, and this guide is written concisely. It is easy to understand for a newbie, and notes when information being presented is important, or if it is just “good to know”. I would recommend to anyone as a beginner source.

Came on time nicely packed, and everything I hope to learn

This book gives a great overview of the forex market and how real traders actually think when looking for profitable trades. You can’t go wrong reading this book. Why buy thousand dollar courses when you can actually learn how the foreign exchange market really works.

In fact the item was delivered even before sheduled date but I could not read since I am currently not at Bonn. I will proceed to Bonn on 19th of Sept. However my son reads it currently and told it is a good book.

I am sure I have already written a review for this, but not to worry as it still deserve a 5 star rating, so happy to do it again. Not the first in the "For Dummies" Series and I guess it would be the last, well as long as they keep the quality.

This book is jam-packed with information and the author is evidently very knowledgeable. I give it 2 stars because I was really disappointed that it is not written for true no background people. A lot of jargon is used and it is questionnable that it needs to be introduced so early and profusely and frequently without explanation. The big picture is lost in numerous documentary sidetrips. This is probably a great book for those who already have background in trading, but is challenging to read for anyone who does not.
