Do they stay put while the seat belt is on or slide around

For me yes it stay in place once I adjust it. The cover moves as you release the seat belt. So after clicking the belt I then adjust it to my shoulder and I'm good.

I love my Buick Enclave, but the drivers side seatbelt was driving me nuts and was cutting into my neck. After some research I found this car seat belt pad/cover. It has been a game changer in my car, I am now driving comfortably. The fit was perfect for the seat belt strap. The pad is adjustable, velcroids into place, but stays in place where I place it. The pad is soft, durable and padded. The black color looks nice and matches my seatbelt. It came in a 2 pack, so I put the extra in my glove compartment incase I need it for a passenger.
