(Please read entire review for accurate picture of performance.) Honestly, this is a great little machine. Quiet and effective, I really enjoyed the "fire and forget" way of just dropping it in a room and closing the door and it cleaned everything. I used it for spot cleaning where my Shark Mopvac would not go (close to rugs, for example. This machine's sensor was great at avoiding rugs.) It also did a better job of cleaning spots on the floors that the Mopvac could not, because it scrubs with 3 counter-rotating pads. This was actually the third machine I owned. The first stopped charging as well. The second, I think it was human error - when you put the machine down after inactivity, you have to hold the start button down for several seconds, and I sort of missed that. So, this one was the third I have owned, and it was really good for a while, with the battery lasting even longer than advertised. But sure enough, it stopped charging at mid-August after purchasing in May. It shows a charging light, and then gives the tones that mean it is fully charged (the lights on the machine show this as well.) But then when I take it out of the cradle, the lights go off, and no amount of fiddling makes the machine wake up. And when I put it back in the charging cradle, it starts charging from zero again. The fact that I tried three times shows you how much I liked the machine. You could mop your whole house with three mops and two charges (only took a little more than an hour to charge.) Unfortunately, I expect that it should last 2-3 years, which my Sharks have done. Cannot recommend. <Later Edit> After I complained about the above on the company website, the company was very responsive, returning solutions within 24 hours. Those solutions didn't work. They told me to return the machine, but due to their holidays in another country, it would take 3-4 days. Sure enough, 3 days later I got the return postage and was able to send in my old machine, with a new one arriving 2 days after they received the old one. This told me 1) this company cares about their employees, not making them work over their holidays, and 2) they have ethics, because they tried to fix the problem, and when that did not work, they replaced the entire machine at their cost. So, assuming their quality improves, I could recommend this machine for the reasons above. The latest one has had no problem since I got it, and it is cleaning my downstairs as I write this. I would say give it a try, and if you have problems, get on the company website, and let them take care of the problem, not Amazon. Seems a better way to get the value out of the product. Thanks! <Further, later edit> Product still going strong and battery life still allows more than one hour of cleaning despite using about 3x a month constantly. There was an issue above that I forgot to mention with corrosion on the charging contacts, which, when scrubbed off with a wire brush, resulted in charging with no problem. So be aware of this. All in all, due to final product quality, features, and company responsiveness to several complaints, I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars.

EDIT: Dead battery fix - Some people have had charging issues or a dead battery when they go to use it. A quick fix to avoid dead batteries is to unplug the charger from the wall AFTER you hear the confirmation tones that it is charged. If you unplug the charger from the wall, the battery will retain its charge almost indefinitely. Original review- First off, i have to say that customer support from the manufacturer/company was spectacular! I had a minor problem during the purchase (my fault), and reached out to the company and they were immediately responsive and helped me solve my problem. Second, there is an limited number of robot mops available . I researched for about 6 years before i decided to buy. The 3 pad design is unique and is only made by this company. 3 pads vs 2 pads means a 33% increase in cleaning compared to other products. in the same amount of time. Plus, the 3 pad design means it is lower to the floor and fits under cabinet kick panels and chairs making edge/perimeter cleaning successful. The other robot mops are not able to mop along edges. The brain is intelligent and does not bang into obstacles and has many sensors to protect from falling or running over things. the mop pads clean very well. If you have a very dirty floor simply spray your cleaner on the dirty parts of the floor before setting your mop in motion. ( FYI- in an unrelated topic, if you have children or pets, you should only be using "biodegradable neutral PH pet and baby safe", floor cleaner. Your pets walk barefoot and your babies touch the surface. These chemicals leach into the skin and is ingested by pets. a product called "OdoBan" has a no rinse, neural ph, pet friendly, concentrated floor cleaner highly recommended). The mop is very quiet! in fact i had to look multiple times to determine if it was still working because it was so quiet. Remember this is not a vacuum, it is virtually silent. I cleaned a 12x20 tile floor on one battery charge. And the robot was able to edge clean 3 times, and covered the entire floor at least twice. Recharging took about 3 hours. This company builds the 2 pad robot mop for Samsung. That should tell you about the quality, and that it is a good product. I will by one for my sister i am so happy with the product.

I will state up front: This was purchased in Dec. 2021 as a Christmas gift. While the gift was unwrapped for Christmas, the box itself was not opened until today (August 17, 2022). We had house renovations going on over the first half of the year, and chose not to use the device yet, so the box remained unopened. The Amazon policy is returns after January 31, 2022 on this purchase, and no product service on this purchase after June 7, 2022. I had to choose a star for the rating to actually be submitted, otherwise it would be Zero. That being said, what was purchased is not what was delivered. First, I did not realize it was an "open box/refurbished" item, not that I'm opposed to those. What I do expect, however, is that all of the parts are in the box, and it is in working condition. Sadly, that was not the case. First, the unit was still very dirty, which was the least of the issues. I mean, it will get dirty if it's being used, right? Here are the issues: First and foremost, there was no Charging Adapter supplied with this purchase. Therefore, we don't even have the ability to charge up the EVERYBOT Edge to see if it's operational. Next, the remote control supplied with the EVERYBOT Edge is not even a remote control that appears to be for this product, let alone any EVERYBOT product (see pictures). My wife did clean as much of the dirt off the product as possible. In doing so, it exposed a crack in the handle. I contacted Amazon, since the purchase was fulfilled by Amazon.Com Services LLC, and was told there was nothing they could do, since the dates above had already passed. The chat agent sent me the link to the EVERYBOT USA website and suggested I contact them directly. At this point, I hadn't even asked what potential remediation there could be (sending me the correct charging adapter and remote that were supposed to be a part of this purchase would have been a great start). If Amazon would like to state that I had until January 31st or June 7th to bring this up, since those are the terms, then I'd also like to point out that most terms include getting everything you paid for. I expected more. I wish I could review the actual product, but I guess I'll have to contact EVERYBOT directly to find out replacement part numbers, costs, etc., before I can even determine if this product works as expected.

I purchased this based on several reviews from others. I had to return it due to not charging. Replacement is working correctly. This mop does a good job, but I do have a complaint. I am giving 4 stars because it does clean and, other than my first one malfunctioning, the build quality seems good. So, my complaint is in the unattended cleaning ability. The collision detection is excellent. It does manage to maneuver about avoiding things. It does not have a "this spot is clean" sensor. It is also not able to be kicked off from a timer. Because the charging base holds the unit in an upright position there's no way to remotely activate; you have to manually take the unit off the charger and place in the floor. I am on with all of this and do not feel this is a problem. So I want to state that I like the unit, it does a great job of scrubbing the floor with the spinning mops. That being said here's where I have the problem. The unit does not come with any fencing capability. There's no infrared transmitter you can use to prevent the unit from going where you don't want it. I have two rooms that are connected, one has wood floor and the other has a floor rug. I have to monitor the unit to prevent it from going into the rug and then down the hallway. To prevent it from escaping the dining room I have resorted to placing broom handles down on the floor to trick it into thinking there is a wall there. So, that is my only complaint.

It really washes the smooth floors, works on our wooden floor very nicely! Value is great - Pays off in two days of continuous washing 3,000 sq feet - 2 times recharged. Battery is long lasting and fast charging. It beeps when it’s ready to go. The washing disks - so thick, so easy washable - so smooth mapping. It’s one of those IT purchases. Great for busy homemakers.

My friend highly recommended this product, which made me to purchase it. I’ve been using it for 3 weeks and I totally agree with the friend and I can say that this is way better than the other mopping robots. I’ve previously used Braava but the battery power of Braava is too small to cover our home. Also it has just one mopping pad, which is small and the mopping strength is also not sufficient. We’ve also used Bissel Spinwave (which is not automatic robot), which is strong and has long battery life, but it is not good for floor under beds or furniture. But this EVERYBOT Mopping Robot is 1. Good design with proper size 2. Sufficient mopping power, strong and detailed 3. Has long battery life to cover our living room, dining room, and kitchen area (battery is still working after covering those rooms) 4. It does not make any big noise so I can do whatever I want to when EVERYBOT is working. 5. Lastly, the remote control is very convenient and easy to use One of the greatest functions that I mostly prefer is EDGE function. Our home has hardwood floor and it has lots of edge which cannot be easily cleaned. This EVERYBOT can clean the edge of each wall very carefully. I really like this mode and fully satisfied with it. I also like focus function. This works perfect when cleaning the floor under the bed or other furniture and it can remove old dusts clearly. Intensive mode can be effectively used for the wet kitchen floor after washing dishes. I’ve been using it less than a month, but I could not find any weak points. I am fully satisfied with this nice product.

I decided to use this for a while before writing a review. The robot works as described. It has six cleaning styles although I tend to use “edge” followed by “intensive” . I have noticed though that during the intensive cycle it periodically goes into edge cleaning which may be integrated into the various cleaning styles anyway. In edge it goes completely around the room. It seems to do an adequate job cleaning, although we don’t have pets or children so no big messes. Like other reviewers comment, this robot needs some way to define its boundaries. I have to block off the areas I don’t want it to go because unless the infrared sensors “see” an obstacle the robot keeps on going. I would repurchase if they ever integrate mapping technology like my Shark robot vacuum. I have not had a problem with the battery. I let it charge then remove from the cradle so it’s not always in charging mode. UPDATE July 2025: I will keep my 3 star review. The mop continues to work with no issues. I do not leave it docked in the charger so maybe that avoids what some others reported with charging problems. It works to my satisfaction but really wish it had mapping technology so I did bot have to place physical boundaries to restrict its movement.

This compact mopping robot is great! Pros: 1. Nice design. Light , Easy to load water and to empty it. Easy to install two kinds of pads. 2. The remote control is simple. 3. Very quiet. The machine moves around using its sensor to change the direction without hitting the furniture around 4. two hours of cleaning. 5. The floor gets clean. the floor's stickiness went away and felt clean. I noticed the Mother Yarn pads (gray) do deeper cleaning compared to the microfiber pads (green), as advertised. 6. Easy to use. Overall, great product!

Posso dire che questo robot lava pavimenti mi ha veramente sorpresa, io l’ho preso per pulire i pavimenti di balcone e veranda . I mop in filato garantiscono una pulizia abbastanza profonda delle piastrelle e delle fughe. Ha diverse modalità di pulizia che sono selezionabili tramite telecomando(la preferibile è l’automatica, che non si seleziona con un tasto ma parte in automatico col tasto play) il grado di umidità dei mop si regola sempre dal telecomando. Tenete presente che non avendo la funzione di mappatura pulirà usando sensori e algoritmi, quindi i tempi di pulizia rispetto altri robot più avanzati saranno più lunghi, ma questo non significa che non faccia il suo lavoro. Riesce a passare senza problemi sulle piastrelle irregolari senza bloccarsi.Il serbatoio dell’acqua è semplicissimo da usare, io uso acqua demineralizzata per evitare incrostazioni .alla fine di ogni utilizzo è consigliato scaricare l’acqua residua ( con l’apposito tasto sul telecomando) ma io preferisco rimuovere proprio tutto il serbatoio prima di rimetterlo in carica, per evitare dannosi sgocciolamenti. Per concludere, per ora posso dire che è un aiuto concreto in casa per fare le pulizie e lo ricomprerei .

J’ai vu qu’il n’y avait aucun avis du Canada pour ce robot-là, alors je me suis forcée à en faire un. J’adore ce robot, avec ses trois serpillières, il nettoie parfaitement les surfaces comme le parquet ou le carrelage. La seule chose qu’il faut veiller, c’est d’enlever les fils d’alimentation, parce que la première chose qui fait c’est d’aller se coincer dedans. Mais maintenant que je le sais, je les enlève pour pas que ça se produise je veux pourris un petit peu de mon produit sur le sol et mon beau passe à par dessus pour tout bien nettoyer exemple dans une chambre quand il nettoie pendant deux heures eh bien c’est super propre quand je viens vérifier là je le remets sur sa base pour qu’il se recharge, et le lendemain je change de pièce. J’ai aussi un robot aspirateur avec un petit linge pour nettoyer le sol, mais je trouve qu’il n’arrive pas à la cheville de ce robot là. Ce robot est extraordinaire je suis à mobilité réduite et il est mon vrai sauveur. Bravo à celui qu’il a conçu. N’hésitez pas à acheter ce robot.

Très très bon petit robot , du fait que se modèle n’a pas de pare-chocs , il lave bien sur les bor félititation a tout les équipe de everybot J espère que la prochaine version sara accompagné d une base de recharge et qu’il soi un pe plus lour

I have not had it long but use it daily while getting on with other things the only downside is you have to pay for import tax and you need more pads that are hard to get it cleans well I was so pleased but the charger no longer works and I have not been able to get anything to charge it so not happy
