Product is just what I needed. My Iron fits perfectly and the cord tucks away into the holder. Hung a step stool off the hooks provided. The utility closet now is more organized.

This works exactly the way it’s supposed to. I’m very pleased.

This came in a knotted plastic bag, with the hook separate from the part that holds the iron, and no instructions or labeling or anything. I was obviously sent a used/returned product, at new price. It's not worth it, it is getting returned. There is also no way to attach the hook to the iron holder. It would have been great if it came with instructions.
