This clear invisible nylon thread (135-yeard) is an essential item that I must have in my sewing kit. I use it often to sew on patches, especially when I want the thread to blend in seamlessly with the fabric. It’s strong, reliable, and truly invisible once stitched, which gives my projects a clean, professional finish without distracting lines of thread. It works beautifully on a variety of materials and fabrics, and I’ve never had issues with breakage or tangling. Whether you’re doing DIY, mending, or embellishing, this is the perfect thread when you want the stitching to disappear into the background. I highly, highly recommend this.

Great quality!
Great for wig use as well! I purchased this to sew a hole that I created by plucking a brand new wig and it did its job! Pretty easy to use I would definitely recommend. Definitely multi purpose and durable🥰

Decent Quality, some issues
I've started using this floss to quilt lap blankets. It's fairly sturdy and does not break easily. I did not need to change the tension on my sewing machine. Since it is so clear, it can be hard to find to thread the needle, but my bigger issue is because it is nylon that has been wound around the spool, it retains that shape a bit and will occasionally let out a circle or two of floss that will get trapped on the sewing machine spindle behind the spool of floss. This really messes with the tension and will cause thread snapping if I don't stop immediately to remove the spool, the unwind the loose floss stuck around the spindle, and reset. I've quilted three lap blankets and see the bottom of the spool as well, so I will be looking for something comparable quality wise that is a better value.

Smooth
This is just what I want. I used to use it long time ago couldn’t find it but now I got it. I’m grateful I recommended.

Great for bridal
I used this to sew lace onto a bridal gown and it worked great and held up for her wedding. After it was sewed you really couldn't see the stitch lines. It could be bought cheaper, I noticed after I used it. It can be a little slippery to keep on the needle sometimes but 5 stars will buy again when needed.

A great "one spool" solution for backpacking or travel in general.
I bought this for a backpacking sewing kit to make repairs on the trail. Because its clear, I only carry one spool and it pretty much blends with any repair. It's stronger and more rot proof than cotton thread. And it seems easy to work with. Edit 8/1/2017: OK, I actually had to use this thread. Two of my hiking pants popped off the fly button. So, I took those 2 pair and another 2 pair that hadn't failed and cut those buttons off then replaced all 4 buttons using this nylon thread. My only caveat is that this stuff is tough to work with for the same reason it's useful.....the stuff is almost invisible in indoor lighting. LOL, I had to go outside in daylight to be able to thread a needle and then see where I was stitching. Does that deter me from recommending this thread. Not at all, I still like the ability to blend with anything and the resistance to moisture and rot that cotton can't match. Just be aware that it's really tough to see and you're gonna want some good lighting to see what you're doing.

"Ok" for fixing wigs...
I accidently tore a hole directly in the center of the main part of my daily $300 human hair wig and had NO idea what to do but simply throw it away and somehow managed to buy a new one. I decided to do a little research first and found out about transparent thread and how that could possibly be an option on fixing holes in the lace of wigs. So I bought it, thinking it would be WAY less noticeable than it actually is. This is nothing but basic fishing wire if you ask me. Way too thick in size, and I have no idea how they consider this color "transparent". It's WHITE! Seriously what it looks like. It's pretty difficult to work with. Doesn't knot easily and wants to undo the knot on its own just as fishing wire does. I'm a total newbie when it comes to sewing anything, so after many failed attempts, my boyfriend, who is amazing at fixing pretty much EVERYTHING, took over for me and started from the beginning before I threw the wig out the window like a frisbee. He started by doubling up the thread, which is apparently what you are supposed to do, but that turned out WAAYYY too noticable. So, he undid it, and started with just a single string. The appearance turned out "ok" for the end result, but you can obviously see the stitching if you know where to look. I guess I could re-part the wig to hide it more. Not worth the money for what I bought it for if you ask me, but then again I'm not a wig fixing professional.

Its thinner than Gutermann Invisible Thread
I got this invisible thread for craft work. Its very strong, pretty thin and good quality thread. I love the finished look it renders to my project.

Great for crafts and repairs
Strong and truly invisible once sewn. Perfect for hemming sheer fabrics or doing delicate fixes where you don’t want the thread to show.
