Will this make a mattress that is too firm more plush and relieve pressure points? Our way too firm mattress hurts! How long does this last?

Forget what the advertising says. I am 6ft, 220lbs and this is extremely soft to the point that you sink in it, sleep crooked all night and wake up in pain. Even my wife, who's been looking for a soft mattress topper, said the same thing and she is 5'8'', 130 lbs. Otherwise quality product and materials but not for us. Would buy from Viscosoft again, just not sure is they make a more firm mattress

Does this mattress topper contour to your body?

Yes it does contour to my body...i am 5'9" " and 130 lbs.....i also have back issues....i get a great nights sleep with no aches when i get up and not getting up several times through the night like before...mine has a slight odor but nothing i cant breath through..not an irritating smell....

Has someone had this topper for longer then a year. How is it holding up?

I've had this mattress for under a year. I got it as a temporary replacement because the bed we have I can feel every single spring. It's getting to that point again, it was super comfortable when I first got it but after some time it just kept getting worse. I'm looking for a new bed and topper. For the cost? Not worth it.

How do you send the gel foam mattress topper back for a refund once it has been opened and expanded?

We are returning ours and amazon sent a full refund. They told us to just dispose of it on our own since it wasn’t easy to send back and for sanitary purposes, they can’t resell it anyway.
