Good for products intent - fluffs up and makes light pancakes

While this won't satisfy a desire for buckwheat pancakes with real maple syrup on a cold winter morning, it does satisfy that occasional time when I just have to have pancakes. I fired these up this morning and was surprised by the good taste and the size of the pancake (I just did one). It took a while to cook, because I took the directions seriously, but it was worth the wait. There is a slight unpleasant aftertaste, but I don't know if it was from the pancakes or the sugar free "maple syrup" I used. Very easy to make

I bought this for the lower sodium. The taste was like cardboard, very bland. However my big complaint is that one packet of mix only makes one small pancake. I got one pancake less than the size of a coffee cup saucer, and for the price, that means 7 small pancakes for $15, not acceptable. I would not buy it again, nor recommend it.

O.K. these are 'diet' pancakes,so my review is based on this being a diet product. I have tried lots of diet and keto pancakes over the years,most are homemade recipes that I get online. These taste like some of my favorite keto recipes that I make,but they are convenient if I run out of ingredients. When I 1st opened them they do smell like protein powder. I didn't measure 3TB of water so my batter was a little runny. I turned out with 3 small pancakes(like those silver dollar size). The mix is a good base and I wanted to try them with only butter and sugar free syrup,they were good,but they could use some flavorings like vanilla,cinnamon,blueberries,whipped cream,ect. They are really good if you don't know how to make keto pancakes,if you already know how to make keto pancakes with 1TB of protein powder,and egg whites these will taste similar. The cost is high,but I'll buy them again for the convenience,they also have a 1 year or more shelf life. Btw,look at my photo,don't cook them past that level of brown or they might get dry inside,you can't really tell if they are done by the bubbles,you just carefully watch them.

I have already lost 100 pounds using another calorie restriction plan, and after they discontinued my favorite meal replacements, I searched for an alternative, and found this here, on Amazon! This company is less expensive, is nutritionally comparable, and is very tasty and, most important- FILLING!!! I have just 26 pounds to go!! At 65 years of age, my metabolism is programmed to REALLY hang onto fat- and I was SO BORED with the lack of variety this other company offered!! Those final pounds are notoriously difficult to shed- but I’m going to WIN, damnit!!

I would not buy this again it taste really bad, I usually drink protein shakes and I am used to the flavor but this one I did not enjoy it, although my 4 years old did like it and ate the whole thing, pros is that it cooks really fast and preparation does not take you a full min, so it was convenient when my daughter wanted pancakes I did not have to go through the hassle and did it quick.

I was happy to find these pancakes on Amazon. In fact, I like all the protein products by this company and BariWise as they are the same products I got from a bariatric physician I saw for weight loss. It gets tiring to eat the protein oatmeal daily so finding this pancake mix was great. It is so simple to make, simply take one of the packets (the box comes with 7), add 1/4 cup of water and pour the batter into a pan. I make two small pancakes rather than one large. They have a great taste, not artificial or that strong protein taste some products have. I put a tiny amount of peanut butter on them as an alternative to syrup and it makes for a filling and tasty breakfast. I sometimes crave the breads and chewy foods I no longer eat on a controlled card diet and so this really hits the spot.

Purchased these as an alternative to ideal protein products. They are a close 2nd.
