How do I know if this is working? I am taking it daily and I hope that it is! Seems to be fine.

Finally found a Vitamin C that doesn't bother my stomach.
I tried so many different formulations and strengths of Vitamin C and they all bother my stomach and/or cause diarrhea. I continued to search for one that I can tolerate. I have gum issues and Vitamin C is important for gum health, as well as everything else it is good for. This formula is a tablet, not a capsule, it smells spicy for some reason. Tablets can be harder to swallow but I manage - this one is not too big. The important thing is that it doesn't bother my sensitive tummy at all. I do still take it with a meal.
