Extremely Sharp
These are not only Gorgeous knives but they are extremely sharp and the weight on them are perfect. Using these makes light work of meal prep. They slice through just about anything like butter. I would suggest hand washing only and keeping them in a butchers bag/canvas bag to keep their integrity. Be very careful with use as they are very sharp.
